Everytime you post acomment it is about dropping the Brumbies! It’s getting old.
Per head of population the same percentage of A.C.T. residents go to the Brumbies games as do the NSW residents. With a population of over 8000000 people the Tahs should be knocking spectators back.
The Brumbies arn’t broke. The Tahs are broke that’s why the merged.
Yes a lot of the players come from other states and NZ. Mostly because the Brumbies saw potential in them and they were unwanted by their states. If they are not wanted in their home states then where they go? League? How is this not contributing?
NSW are mess and have been for decades.

The 15 players on the field are to blame. He didn’t miss the field goal against Fiji or the shot at goal the week before or forget that a tap kick requires you to use your foot!
For too long now players from NSW think they are special! They think that once the old boys from their Shute Shield clubs get them their sky blue jerseys then the gold one comes automatically.
Look at the selections Cheika made with the WBs mostly from NSW. Pocock was better than Hooper, Quade was better than Foley but they didn’t play in theShute Shield or Tahs!
Australian Rugby should be run from a different city away from the Tahs with profesional managment and very little influence from the old boys club.
Get some player that actually want to play Rugby for the game and not how much they can get paid!

As for the ref….He missed the dangerous tackle on LL.
He missed the head high on TW when he scored then said that he didn,t see it? Could he have asked the TMO to review? HP should have been carded!
Awarded a penalty try and yellow card after a crooked lineout throw!

If TT can’t improve, drop some wieght, get fitter and get over his injuries let him go.
CC should go overseas for a couple of years. It would do him good. If the Rebels fold I think he would find it hard to get a starting position in Australia.

There are 15 individuals in the same colours NOT playing as ateam! Thar’s why they arn’t winning.

Scrums should be made more of a contest by having the halfback feeding the ball straight and not rolling it straight to the second row. Making the hookers actually strike for the ball should keep the props tight and straight to support the hooker.

It’s because most of the Sydney clubs dont want to travel further west than Eastwood. That’s why Parramatta and Penrith are left to struggle against League. I worked in Penrith a few years ago and my work had free tickets to their games. I couldn’t give the tickets to anyone local to go because they all had their own.
Maybe the people from inner Sydney have trouble getting to Penrith because their Teslas don’t have enough charge?

The Tahs should have bigger crowds.. The population od Sydney alone must be at least 5 times more than Canberra. So if the Brumbies get 9000 crown then the Tahs should be getting 45000 to their games!
As you have stated before Bruce stadium is a sh*thole and I agree. But until our Government buils a shiny new stadium like Sydney it will have to do.

If you look at the history of super rugbt the Brumbies were mostly made up from player that Qld and Nsw didn;t want! What players have they taken from the Waratahs?
M.Hooper,J.Harrison,A.Ashley Cooper and Tom Ross to name some of the player that started in the A.C.T, then went to NSW.

I have lived in Canberra for over 30 years. I have followed the Brumbies from the start.
NOT once have I asked the government for a handout or anyone I know you tosser!
If you think QLD, ACT and WA are minor rugby states/territories you are deluded.
A.C.T./Brumbies covers almost all of southern NSW.
For a minor territory the Brumbies turn out a lot of Wallabies and have done since they started!
Why would they want to merge in with the ARU and be told how many of their Wallbies they can have?
RA have not told anyone of the details yet! They may want to cut or merge a team! More details are required.
Maybe Waratahs and Rebels ahould merge and play half of their home games in eash state?

The Tahs have a shiny new stadium in the Eastern suburbs. A short Tesla drive for all the old boys clubs like Randwick, Sydney Uni and Eastern Suburbs.
With trams, busses and trains nearby for those in the cheap seats. With Sydney’s poulation there should be 20 to 30 thousand per game with a team worth watching!
We in the A.C.T. have to put up with the GIO dinasour while the local gov keep putting the new stadium in the too hard basket!
I hope Pocock and the independents get some change at the next election so things might change!!
