PJM, your point is a good one, but the NFL has been playing games in London since 2007, has a UK office and has really done a good job of whetting the appetite of British (and Continental European fans). Trust me, they won’t go to London unless it’s a guaranteed winner for all involved. Thanks for reading.

Three games at Wembley in 2015 and don’t get me wrong, London is certainly do-able. It would take some clever scheduling and remember the “London franchise” would have to travel as well. But I think it will happen sooner rather than later.

Roger Goodell loves London and I have no doubt it would be successful. It’s a big logistical problem, however, even though the UK is a rather easy flight from the East Coast. Hadn’t heard that Texas rumour, although both the Raiders and Chargers had done some exploration into the San Antonio market.
