Most of us reds fans will understand Bobby 😊

'I couldn't sleep': Wallabies predicted squad for TRC as Eddie sweats on Kerevi, bolter for 7 jersey emerges

Was Rodda in the training camp this week or is he on the outer?

'I couldn't sleep': Wallabies predicted squad for TRC as Eddie sweats on Kerevi, bolter for 7 jersey emerges

Wow that was some semi-final performance by the cru. This, following the blues demolition of the tahs last week makes for s tough reflection for Aussie teams. I hope the brumbies can stay in it tonight.

Magic Mo'unga and lethal Leicester lead Crusaders to crushing semi win, as Razor eyes off perfect farewell

Better talk coming out than the coaching recruitment processes observed over the last ten years. Les Kiss could be a good get. Ideally I’d like someone who can develop the players AND mentor the likes of Heenan etc. SJ seems perhaps a better fit to replace say Cordingley at this point.

Reds won't rush Thorn replacement as Scott Johnson and former Origin player emerge as coaching candidates

That didn’t work out well when pocock missed the Ireland game due to injury. We lost that game and ended up on the same side of the draw as NZ and SA

Five things we learned: Eddie's World Cup crunch call looming for No.7 jersey, Brumby who fits bill for 10 role

Thanks Christy. Interesting comments from EJ around possession. Was it Brett that wrote recently that the better performing SRP teams were playing a more possession oriented style? Then of course there’s Ireland…

Five things we learned: Eddie's World Cup crunch call looming for No.7 jersey, Brumby who fits bill for 10 role

Thanks Harry. Foketi feels like the obvious backup but he seems injury prone too, so if I was Eddie I’d be taking a good look at hodge. Big body, straight running, can pass and kick. Versatility creates bench options. This will no doubt be an unpopular view on the road tho 😛

Australia has the world's best player in the 'death wish' position - but what happens if his hamstring pings?

Thanks fiwi- so this deal shouldn’t really be impacting RA too ups for other players?

Rugby News: Ex-PM says RA has succumbed to 'moral blackmail' after 'regrettable' Voice stance revealed

Isn’t JS contract partially funded by a third party? I’m curious what it’s actually costing RA if so.

He was invisible for the roosters as well tho 😂

'We defended like a pack of dogs': Tate leads Reds to stunning win after Thorn's huge call ends 10 years of pain

I noticed the same on the JOC dropped ball – could’ve gotten there and sealed it off but didn’t really try. I can’t tell if it’s lack of effort or he just isn’t sure what he’s supposed to be doing at times so is constantly hesitating

'We defended like a pack of dogs': Tate leads Reds to stunning win after Thorn's huge call ends 10 years of pain

I thought he could’ve gotten to the spilt ball that resulted in the chiefs runaway try too. It looked to me like lack of urgency at the time, but maybe he’s just generally struggling positionally?

I notice you’ve disparaged Sam’s writing a couple of times now due to what seems like an anti-Qld bias. Is he a queenslander tho? I thought it was posted he was welsh. Re Campbell it’s probably not unreasonable for Sam to include a player who played in the last few tests in his comparison, albeit his super form this year hasn’t been great

ANALYSIS: Eddie's spoiled for choice with three distinct options at No. 15 - which way should he go?

Does Gordon kick for goal? If no and he’s the 10, we need a goal kicker somewhere…

I think you’re on the money Bobby with that back 3. Maybe petaia comes into the mix if Eddie wants a bomb defuser at the back. I don’t think Campbell will make the squad. Wright has improved out of sight since moving permanently to 15 this year. Thanks for the great article Sam

Probably a smaller crowd too which will hit the hip pocket

'Huge for us': McReight stars but Waratahs snap losing run against Reds in Super win

Who is ‘they’ Peter? 😁
I think most of us reds fans can see Wilson is 3rd best 8 (at best) for the wallabies right now. He’s a good player for us at the reds though!!

True

'Watch and learn from me': Five key Aussie battles in 'more important selection games' ahead of RWC

He could play that digby ioane style of winger perhaps, popping up on the 10s shoulder here and there

Did we though? We just had Larkham…There was never much depth after that.

The Wrap: Scary Chiefs make it a neat nine, Brumbies miscalculate, breakthrough moment for Rebels

What’s the timeline on Rodda’s return from injury?

The Wrap: Scary Chiefs make it a neat nine, Brumbies miscalculate, breakthrough moment for Rebels

McReight needs to work on his 50:22 kicking game though 😁

Five things we learned: Time running out for Eddie's Tahs pick as RA gets important reminder

If white, Gordon and Tate walk into my pub all thirsty at the same time, and the only clean glasses I have are a pint, schooner and pot – white gets the pint of beer and then I have to make a decision on who gets the others. Interesting recruitment/retention strategy by RA…

Revealed: Star Wallaby could be forced to leave Brumbies as Rugby Australia's belt tightens

A fail for the wallabies business manager but also the ASICS rep – should’ve sent over a shipment of gear, the camp wasn’t a secret!

COMMENT: Plenty of excuses but no excuse as Wallabies look like a squad of randoms playing park footy

I hope he joins an aus SRP team as an assistant coach once he finishes playing. Feels like he has a lot of IP to offer. Rennie was always very complimentary about his influence in training camps.

Picture worth a thousand words: Eddie's leadership team looks locked in - and the missing man who could top it
