Oh, and your “passenger’ won Man of the Match in game one and ran the most metres for Qld, kicked goals etc…You must not have been “paying attention to what DCE did”….
So clearly, your statements are spurious and at best you’re just another one who dislikes DCE; I’m sure that causes him no end of sleepless nights!

Give it a rest haters: Daly Cherry-Evans is awesome

“…in summary, don’t hate him just don’t rate him at rep level”
Yeah, it not as if he lead the second worst QLD side (2021 being the worst) to a series win. Oh, that’s right …he did, didn’t he!!!

“…he is the 5th best middle forward available based on his stats” Really? Shame the game isn’t played on a spreadsheet! And which particular stats are you using? Andrew McCullough is yet again the top tackler. Was always beating Cam Smith in this criteria. Why then wasn’t McCullough the Qld hooker for many years?? But I digress. I’ve watched Joe over the years. Watched him, when he was an Origin player playing with inexperienced players at the Broncos like Carrigan, Flegler and Co. Watched him let them take the hard runs and make the tough tackles while he lurked about taking short cuts everywhere; and he is still doing it today. For someone of his experience, its not just what he does that matters, its what he should be doing for his team and he isn’t doing it. And, just like the last time he played Origin, he won’t do any better in 2021. If we lose Kafusi, then I’d be tempted to use both Mahoney and Grant , and add Wallace and Hess to the mix somehow but if we have any more injuries or suspensions this weekend, maybe ‘Cheetah’ does get a run.

This Maroons team has the potential to start another dynasty

Joe Ofenhengue???? Looks like Tarzan, plays like Cheetah.

“Fellow playmaker Milford was a force in defence and took the ball to the Cowboys line”. With such insightful analysis like that, I expect you’re on the Bronco’s player retention board or you’re Milford’s manager!.

Kevin Walters confident in emerging halves pair of Anthony Milford and Tyson Gamble

Person, Woman, Man, Camera, TV..!!!

UPDATE: Wayne Bennett set to be banned after admitting restaurant visit

2019 11 wins, 12 loses…Semi final …58 – 0 to Parra. !! Couldn’t play under the old rules either!!

Broncos, the game has changed, but the battle has not

Good year? 2015?…nearly 100 games since then!….fairness????? He is paid $20k per game and does not put in….while his fellow team mates (some) are busting their backsides off.

Joey Leilua the “worst signing by any club in the NRL era”? Hmm, he may well be

…..and signed Milford for a million a year!!! How did we get so lucky!

“They weren’t out of form when Bennett was coaching them…”
Really??
…Back in 2007, a Wayne Bennett coached Broncos team ,in round 25 against Parra 68 -22 loss…..following week, semi final against Storm…40 – 0….. Broncos had 11 State of Origin/Test Players in those teams!!!

The old hypocrite should keep his nose out of Broncos business and his mouth shut!!

"Seibold has 12 players with Origin or Test experience": Benny blasts bumbling Broncos

Semi final 2018 Suncorp St George 48 v Broncos 18……!!!

"Seibold has 12 players with Origin or Test experience": Benny blasts bumbling Broncos

“Exactly Muzz” ???

So where was this “culture” in the embarrassing thrashing we got from that weak St George side in the 2018 semi at Suncorp? And how did the signing of that cheap shot merchant, Adam Blair, then Bennett making him Captain, help foster the culture of this club and set an example that players like Webcke, Pedro, and others like them had built over the decades.? And as far as the being “disgusted and ashamed”, when McQuire was out there pulling hair and massaging the eyes of opponents………not a peep out of the coach, club or our supporters.
Culture does play a part in any club’s success, but so does skill, and compared to the top sides, we are way of the pace. With Milford, Ofahenguae, Lodge and other “fair weather footballers”, we, the Broncos have not yet hit rock bottom, especially with Milford having another season and a half to go on his contract.

I am disgusted and ashamed to be a Broncos fan

…and since?….same number of grand final appearances in the last 14 years as the Warriors (???) and the Raiders!!!

A rant from a Brisbane Broncos fan

Milford v Parra 1 run for 7 mtrs…..v Roosters 4 runs for 21 mtrs..
So, are we paying him $1 million per year, or around $40k per game for his attack(?) or for his non-existent defence?

Why Oates’ back-row move will fail

Broncos 2019 semi v Parra 58 – 0, 2020 round 3, v Parra, 43- 6, round 4, v Rooters 59 -0……you could be onto something there !!!

My favourite NRL stat proves the Broncos are finished for 2020

“The main problem is Darius Boyd. ” WTF….93 – 6 in the last 2 games and the cause is the left centre! Is that right??

How much pressure is Anthony Seibold under?

“My biggest concern, the Broncos are going to lose this group of players because they are used to winning. Their whole footy career they have been the best in their group.”….What have they won and what group?

Oates size and kick returns will be missed. Would have had Kaufusi in there somewhere. Maybe instead of McGuire.

Queensland Maroons announce sweeping changes for Game 2

Old Bloke is 100% correct. McGuire not Origin standard, where the others, albeit they had an off night, are. You should look closely at the game , not just the stats. Like where were the runs made, when they were made and was the situation in the game at the time. According to NRL web site, Frizell only ran 67 metres and made 37 tackles…NSW wouldn’t swap him for McGuire. Oh, and its easy not to miss many tackles when you’re a 3rd man in specialist like McGuire is.

He's baaaaaack. Why Thursto will play in Origin 2
