'Disaster': Wallabies hammered by Boks as Eddie Jones' return falls flat
White has past his used by date… he is slow.
Quade at #10 still cannot fully gel with the rest of the team. Individual skill not enough to win…. that’s against a Springboks B Team.
'Disaster': Wallabies hammered by Boks as Eddie Jones' return falls flat
The ERRORS mounted, tackles were missed, scrums went down and shots at goal. It was a full house of blunders, as the Wallabies’ lack of detail was brutally exposed.
“This has been a disaster for Eddie Jones in his first Test match in charge,” declared two-time World Cup winner Tim Horan
-Cristy Doran
Long list of blundering errors !!! Is that because of the high altitude? That’s like blaming the moon because you can’t go to sleep.
'Disaster': Wallabies hammered by Boks as Eddie Jones' return falls flat
Embarrassing… PURE humiliation. The walk could not catch up with the talk.
Suddenly for the Australians the emperor had no clothes.
Springboks B Team gave hammering to thecWallsbies.
It seems the majority of the armchair Wallabies selectors in this website seem to be spot on than Eddy Jones.
Now what?
If there is a loss to Argentina… cancel the trip to France so as NOT to lengthen the national embarrassment.

At 1 am Sunday… for the Wallabies, the rubber meets the road.
Walking the Talk time.
'Dark places': Why Eddie Jones and zen Quade have spooked the Boks
Marsh’s century was bloody awesome.
Before he came to the crease, I thought we are done for… totally screwed…. with the non stop thunderous attack by England’s very fast bowlers. Even Khawaja could not see the ball coming… it was that fast… and the ball blew of Khawaja’s stump off a few feet away.
It looked like we had NO answer to the English bowlers until Marsh came to the crease and made a meal out of the English bowlers.
Take out Warner, and put Marsh in the 4th Test.

You finally got my message. Good for you.
Wallabies CONFIRMED: Why Jones opted for Hodge at 12 as Suli starts and four debutants named for Boks clash

Yes… as you are, I am cautiously optimistic we can get to into the semi final at RWC. All Eddy Jones needs to do is to put a blow torch into the bellies of the Wallabies and they will get the job done.
Reminds me of the golden era of Michael Lynagh, Nick-Farr Jones and David Campese when somehow the Wallabies will pull a rabbit out of a hat at the most unexpected and improbable moments and win the game.

Go get a cold shower, then look at the mirror and see whether you deserve the slightest respect to get an answer from me. Its about having manners on social media.

But I thought we didn’t have much of a choice with what we have. No?

Agreed.
But I am a rabid supporter of the Wallabies since the mid1960s.
Any disrespect to the Wallabies by opponents is a direct affront to my sensibilities. But that does not mean I won’t deny myself to give my 2 cents worth about the Wallabies when it matters.

I don’t have to answer your questions. Talk to yourself in the mirror. People with no manners don’t deserve answers.
Didn’t I tell you in another posting to do your thing “in your own bowl of soup”? If you don’t know, I can remind you, if the Admin allows me.
Wallabies CONFIRMED: Why Jones opted for Hodge at 12 as Suli starts and four debutants named for Boks clash
Eddy Jones told the Springboks selectors he wanted the strongest team to face his Wallabies. I believe it is to test out his selection for the RWC and to make necessary adjustments.
Springboks refused to grant Eddy Jones his wish. It is safe to say, it is Springbok’s return favour to Eddy Jones’s favorite pastime: playing mind-games with his opponents.
Therefore, all the more, the Wallabies should deliver a WIDE margin WIN… if anything, it is for the Springboks to show proper respect in the future.
A loss ? That will be a topic for another day.
Wallabies CONFIRMED: Why Jones opted for Hodge at 12 as Suli starts and four debutants named for Boks clash
Can’t wait to taste the pudding with all the secrecy behind the final combinations.
The 1st 15 minutes of the first half will tell us whether Eddy Jone’s bravado is all fluffy talk about his wisdom to take on the Springboks’ B Team.
The 1st 15 minutes in SECOND half will tell us whether his selection is still in an early stages of work in progress.
The last 10 minutes will tell us whether Eddy Jones being parachuted as Wallabies coach is the money’s worth for RA.
If Eddy Jones pulls it off with a BIG margin, we are in goodstead in the RWC.
A narrow win against a B TEAM is not good enough.

That’s true.
Flem’s Verdict: Is spirit of cricket needed? It gives teams grey areas to exploit instead of accepting umpire's decision
As I said, I have no problem having to agree or disagree.
When someone says “you behave like a thug”, does he really mean you actually are a real thug in every sense of the word?
I hope you understand what is meant when I said it is an “interpretative statement”?
I don’t want to make this thread as a place for an English language lesson.

I have the same feeling as you.
They will most probably make the cricket pitch in Headingley like a zoo playground.

The 2023 3rd Test of the Ashes will be considered in modern cricket history as most pivotal and compelling Test for England and for Australia. Why is that!
1. With all the “controversies and brouhaha” on the last day, happening on-field and off-field, also during the game and after the game ( what an understatement), and to top it all, with one English player saying Australia’s win at Lords was void because Bairstow got stumped off, England MUST walk the big talk by winning the 3rd Test.
2. Secondly, the cricket world will be watching whether England will be showing its utmost respect for the “ Spirit of the Game” or
3. The cricket world will witness the unfolding of the greatest English Hypocrisy since the day the cricket game was invented by the English themselves.
4. Whether Australia can weather the ugly onslaught of the English stormtroopers in the stand and the sniping and trickery by the English cricketers onto the Australians as a vengeance for the embarrassing loss at Lords.
5. If Australia wins the 3rd Test convincingly, it will be a crowning glory of Australian cricket surpassing even Don Bradman’s glory days.
It will be seen in cricket history as a win by Australia against extreme adversity on all fronts ( on hostile ground, in a hostile country to the cricketers and their families, on a pitch surrounded by English players who literally want, if they could, a pound of flesh from the Australians).
The Australians have decided: “ Bring it on, mate!”

Machooka
You are indeed an infantile, having a brain of a 10 year old kid in a schoolyard who is still learning social skills.. When you cannot win an argument, you resort to calling others names.
I presume you are an adult with kids. If so, is that what or how you teach your children how to grow up with.
If you still a mentally raw young person, I doubt your parents taught you bad manners. Your parents must surely taught you good social manners as all parents do.
But evidently you are too dumb to understand what good manners are all about, looking by your behaviour and attitude in here.

OK.
We can agree to disagree on that point.
It is an interpretative statement to what was said than as a definition per se.

Interpreted from the quote:
“The one thing that we wanted from Noah was to be a bit more aggressive because he’s such a nice bloke. I want him to be filthy if he’s not selected.”
-Scott Wisemantel, for Wallabies attack coach who is acting as a consultant to Jones in 2023.
The word “thug” is used and referred analogously and figuratively to above quote.

Eddy Jones told Turinui before the game his Wallabies will be RUTHLESS against the Springbok’s B Team. He had put in big and beastly muscles in the Wallabies to punish the Springboks, for the audacity to put a second team against his top tier Wallabies players.
Ruthless ??? REALLY
The Springbok was the team that made kicking rugby into an art form. Eddy Jones said he is going to show to the Springboks how the kicking rugby game can win games.
What did the Springboks do? They played a passing and running game to prove a point.
The Springboks is a known quantity to Eddy Jones and we are told beating the Springboks was his top priority from the first day he took over from Dave Rennie. He had worked out the details despite the high altitude. REALLY?
The score is 42-12 for the Springboks B Team.
So, what happened in the 80 mins?
