That’s funny Rich. I think you’ll find that the Reds were the underdogs for this match.

Whilst I am happy with the Reds current form, I am also trying to keep my expectations realistic. I would like to question your assertion that the Reds “haven’t faced too many obstacles on the field” We pushed the Canes and beat the Chiefs and they look to be the leaders in the comp so far.

Let me start by saying I don’t know anything about nothing, but the adjudication seemed a little different in the Reds-Chiefs game. The breakdown has seemed a bit of a free-for-all this year but Paul Williams was more firm, and McReight was more careful. Playing to the ref? The reduced number of penalties was a welcome sign. I know the defence was great, but just keeping the number of penalties down will be a huge step forward for the Reds and the Wallabies.
