if the supposed best club on concussions is commenting ignorant crap like Robinson did why would the NRL waste money sending others to the US.

NRL News: Schuster granted personal leave, Mal expresses Souths interest as Demetriou fights to save job

the MRP were a disgrace; he should not have been suspended for that

Simulation crackdown: If they like the spotlight so much, put A-League actors up before the Match Review Panel

i hope he goes to nrl lol. Rugby are stupid to pay overs for him; they are getting played by the far smarter and better run roosters. The roosters could buy the ARU on their own if they wanted to. The Sua’ali’i deal continues to bite them in the arse.

Wonder kid offered 3-yr, $1.6m deal to stay in Aussie rugby - and why it could see Wallabies stars leave Ballymore

Cut the funding to penrith and split it between all the Sydney clubs. Easy fix. Tigers need to have one home ground and stick to it as well.

'It’s pointless us playing here': Richo's grave warning on Leichhardt as Tigers take aim at 'gold urinals' Panthers

Aloiai is a liability. He should be made to wear a rainbow jersey all week after that pathetic stuff at the end. Great game for a neutral/manly hater.

Moses-inspired Parra prove they're finals contenders but Manly seething as Bunker lacks 'common sense' with no-try call

One thing you kinda missed from this excellent article is eating/drinking at these grounds which are part of the game day experience. As these grounds are great to watch footy but shit for everything else. I regularly go to shark park for NRL and allianz for the a-league. At shark park last weekend it was 15 min queue to get a crappy beer (great northern). You compare this to Allianz for Sydney FC and its a lot quicker and about 10 beers available. Additionally they don’t cut no. of drinks available at half time nor close the bars early. Food queues are usually a bit quicker at shark park though but its not fantastic.
I have also watched games at all the other grounds mentioned and again its the food/beverage facilities that drag it down. People want a pie/drink while they watch the game and the newer stadiums just kill them with better facilities.

Leichhardt and Belmore are the soul of the NRL - fans should enjoy them while they still can

yeah nah a hypocrite is hypocrite regardless of what imaginary friend you are using to justify discrimination with.

NRL News: Manly star reveals he's copped 'coconut' racial abuse, Greyhounds NSW contractor sacked over Mam comment

https://manlyobserver.com.au/seven-manly-players-refuse-to-play-in-rainbow-jersey/ this is one of the players who refused to wear a multi coloured strip. Yep he is someone who’s opinion should carry a lot of weight.

Great win and the defence was epic. Kennedy in one of his best games. Wish Hynes would calm down a bit when decisions don’t go our way; keeps blowing up at the refs/touchys who never change their mind anyway. We now have the dogs on Friday night which if not sold out will be soon. Should be a win for the BW&B and I cannot wait.

RTS shut down as Cronulla hold out for heroic win - is this the end of their flat track bullies tag?

why would she be stood down for a year (trial is in feb next year) over an alleged verbal offence which she has denied?

‘Fun and games, banter’: Leniu response to racial allegation beggars belief as ‘heat of the battle’ mentality harms NRL yet again

I am not a fan of them but warriors will be top 4 and challenging for a title this season provided they can keep SJ fit.

Predicting the 2024 NRL season - Panthers' era over, Dragons to get spoon, Cowboys rising - and the stars under most pressure

It was never a red card. Really poor officiating and yes rather than the atmosphere or the football we are talking about VAR or now some dickheads having a fight after the game.

Would A-Leagues fans rather talk about VAR, or the football on the pitch?

I will be attending my second away big blue tomorrow night; first one I have been to in over a decade. Personally cannot wait and hope we maintain the form from last week.

the dive by Jota was a disgrace.

Liverpool post amazing stat and Salah signs off in style as Reds power past Newcastle to top the table

most people have it on ignore or only see the one side being widely reported but ok champ…

'Some human rights are inalienable': Khawaja scores a win in battle to display peace logo - as Albanese backs opener

That is good to see. Should be more of it. Its a terrible situation and glad he is drawing attention to it.

awesome signing; one very happy sharks fan here.

Fonua-Blake finds new home as Sydney club gets million-dollar Christmas present

I would love to see articles like that on here. I regularly forward your pieces onto mates to read. The best articles on this site are on rugby league by Mike M-W; and its the tactical analysis ones that stand out. Please publish more tactical stuff. And I agree it isn’t even open for discussion, Fornaroli has to be picked.

A-League Men fans have no interest in talking about the football

You would have to think it would take a lot of coin for Hamlin-Uele to leave the sharks where his brother also plays to join the basket case that is the bulldogs. Sharks play finals every year; dogs not so much.

Smart Signings: The Bulldogs have signed so many players - so why haven't they solved their biggest problem?

Good luck Bimbi and thanks for all the success.

No delay Talay: Sydney FC announce new manager just a day after Corica's sacking

At what point is Mal’s job at risk? Been in too long.

Madge-ic: Kiwis 'shock the rugby league world' as Maguire masterclass hands Kangaroos record defeat

I attend the sharks Thursday night nrl games and there aren’t many there. They have the lowest crowds of any games they host. Thursday night isnt the answer if it is about getting crowds in.

The A-League's 'family-friendly' kick-off times are keeping fans away

good point; noticed Robbie Williams also on before the next home game.

'If fans don’t come, how can the product improve?': Socceroos implore fans to back A-League after Matildas’ breakthrough

This season Sydney FC have again imo stuffed up the draw or had the draw stuffed up for them. Opening game Saturday night should be a cracker; next home game a month later. We lose all momentum and they had the same last year. It cannot be that hard to play every fortnight for a bit to get people into the rhythm of going.

Nice break from the foxsports/channel 9 commentary coaching staff. He is at least current with NRL tactics etc as opposed to Alexander etc. Good signing imo.
