NRL Power Rankings: Round 7 - Dolphins, Dragons finals bound? Knights a non-event, Parra on the precipice

I hear what your saying jimmmy ,but gee it was minimal contact from schneider ,nothing forceful he basically grazed his calf.If he got binned fair enough but I’ve seen worse let go.

'How does it not get sin-binned?' Benji fumes at ref's soft call as Cleary insists Edwards not hurt

Thats all I’m saying not the worst thing that’s happened during a game and probably should have resulted in a sin bin according to the rules but I feel there has been an over reaction to it and I doubt it changes the result .Ditto for the Sezer incident.

'How does it not get sin-binned?' Benji fumes at ref's soft call as Cleary insists Edwards not hurt

I never said you called it an horrendous act ,that was my opinion on how its being portrayed. But you did describe it as an ankle tap. Are you standing by that statement?Attacking the legs of a kicker is normally 10 in the bin as well. I saw both incidents at the lower end of offending .IMO there was minimal contact in both instances and I feel both incidents are being made bigger than are.

'How does it not get sin-binned?' Benji fumes at ref's soft call as Cleary insists Edwards not hurt

I never saw an ankle tap ,and did I read correctly that Benji called it a trip? What I saw is four fingers brush Olam’s calf, not grabbing his calf but brushing his calf. Nowhere near the ankle.I agree probably a penalty but not the horrendous act as its being painted as.

Actually TB he went from Souths to Penrith to Manly then back to Penrith

The Fish that broke the Panthers’ back: Dynasty in danger with JFH the biggest blow in long list of star departures

In all fairness BG why are the Tigers a struggling club. They have been a basket case and mis managed for years. They have a huge junior nursery in southwest Sydney but have ignored it .Instead they seem more concerned with Leichhardt and Concord .The Panthers have had maybe 6-8 seasons in their history where they have been a genuine contender and now are in there 58th season. They too have spent many years as a struggling club. The Panthers owe the Tigers or any other “struggling ” club no Favours .Sure they have a huge junior nursery but can still only sign 30 players to an NRL contract just like any other club. Lets not forget the kids that are identified by Penrith from the bush or NZ.They put the effort in and identify these youngsters .Every other club has the same opportunity but Penrith have found the formula and do it better than most. To say Penrith should not take a player from the Tigers just because they are a struggling club is poor form in my opinion. Starting to sound like let’s give everyone a trophy. This is professional sport and only the strong survive .And I must add BG I often read your comments with interest and do enjoy your views but I’m afraid I disagree with you on this one

The Fish that broke the Panthers’ back: Dynasty in danger with JFH the biggest blow in long list of star departures

As I understand it Lomax and the Dragons agreed to terminate the contract at the end of this season which puts him in the same category as Wighton was last year.Happy to be corrected.

NRL News: Sea Eagles show Schuster the door, Eels encounter 'market value' hitch in Lomax deal, Reynolds eyes early return

Didn’t Jack take less money at the Bunnies than what Canberra were offering?Surely if the Raiders were offering X amount of dollars that becomes his market value. I fail to see the difference. If Zac is prepared to take less money then that’s on him

NRL News: Sea Eagles show Schuster the door, Eels encounter 'market value' hitch in Lomax deal, Reynolds eyes early return

Not in round 1 it doesn’t .A few years back the tigers beat the storm twice in the first six weeks and didn’t play finals .March form is no indication of September results

Storm warning: We’re sleeping on Melbourne again – they might be the biggest threat to the Panthers

Or a long weight

NRL Power Rankings: Round 4 - Tigers in finals mix? Panthers’ challengers falling by the wayside, Roosters lay an egg

Nailed it Brett the problem is not attack its conceding 37 points a game and thats attitude and commitment .Nothing about ability a lot of it is mental

Why desperate Rabbitohs need to adopt NRL's version of Bazball - it's a guaranteed win-win situation

I believe the plan is to use the new stadium to attract events to the area .I guess we shall have to wait and see

'It’s pointless us playing here': Richo's grave warning on Leichhardt as Tigers take aim at 'gold urinals' Panthers

All I’m saying is why shouldn’t Penrith get an upgrade when the other stadiums have been knocked down and rebuilt twice.Id also like to add the people of Penrith are also taxpayers who have contributed to those 4 new stadiums as well.As for the cost ,being in the industry I can assure you building costs have skyrocketed in the years since commbank stadium was built .I could be wrong but as I remember it opened around 2018

'It’s pointless us playing here': Richo's grave warning on Leichhardt as Tigers take aim at 'gold urinals' Panthers

Have you been to Parramatta Leagues, they’ve had two brand new stadiums as have the Chooks . Why not Penrith

'It’s pointless us playing here': Richo's grave warning on Leichhardt as Tigers take aim at 'gold urinals' Panthers

Tigers need to pick a home ground. Thats been their problem for years Leichhardt, Campbelltown , Parramatta or Homebush and lets not forget their spiritual home Concord . Play at one and you might get an upgrade

Bunnies have conceded 64 points in 2 games. Sack the halfback that’s where the problem is.Something not right at Redfern!

Ilias not even half the problem as Rabbitohs' woes run far deeper than struggling playmaker

Glad to help

I found it a bit odd BA claiming Yeo was downtown in the Edwards try .He played the ball of course he’s in front of the kicker.
