Believe in your players and get them to win it for you. Let them know you will be crucified and critically shamed if you fail again. If you don’t get a flag this year with Dangerfield still in his prime it will be an absolute failure. Stop falling from the finish line and get it done.

Tigers have to make a grand final first. I don’t see that happening this year, Geelong have the premiership in the bag. I remember last season when Geelong flogged an undermanned Tigers it didn’t matter come finals. The hard lessons have been learnt by the cats and now we’ve got redemption to do.

AFL is our national game, not NRL not soccer. All 5 states play a massive part in making the sport the great spectacle it is today. Other codes should put more emphasis on growing their game. AFL has a more accomplished group behind the scenes that are encouraging growing the game unlike other codes who just want to keep to themselves, which is why they struggle
