Fifita wants out of this dud club and has signed on with the Titans. Undoubtedly he knows Brisbane wi be out of the semi race for many years. With big Mal playing a major role in the resurgence of the Gold Coast, Fifita can see the big picture of both clubs and has jumped on board.

You was not talking about fairness mate. Most people here are saying SBW is past it, but you and I know better. So its not about quality of player, its about fairness. If its good for Canberra to get a player mid season then its good for Easts also.

I doubt that he will be on the bench. Probably young Lam. Does any team really need another number nine on the bench. If a dummy half needs a 10 min breather isn’t it just as easy to get a 2nd rower passing to your halves for a short stint. Four big powerful forwards is what I love on the bench.

Exactly the same situation that this ex-Bulldog is jumping on board to win a premiership at Canberra. Duncan mate, I think your dislike towards the Roosters has distracted your commonsense. SBW is a winning legend and a man of his word. 100% He will be playing in Roosters colours within 4 weeks. Roosters just let a basic player on the minimum contract of 110k leave for the Tigers as he was going there next season anyway. Smith a contracted member of the Roosters 30 has been injured all year with knee surgery which alows the Roosters to free up money like Canberra claimed for Bateman. So there is 300k all up minimum. And so called immortals like Johns and wannbe be immortals like Thurston can not work out how the Roosters can afford it. Unbelievable how these two even get jobs on TV. Not very bright between the ears.

A tall lanky awkward looking overrated player, whom is just another player who has huge money thrown at him for somthing he has not proven himself at. One thing is certain, if he wants to develop into somthing extraordinary, it will not happen at Soufths…. and he knows it. Hence his intention to leave. If some clown amateur code offer double what Soufths have, then take the money. I doubt he will make it in League with its toughness. Union is more suited to the soft type. Off you go and see ya latter. If he was any good he would have been offered a brilliant path into the NRL via the World Champion Sydney Roosters. But no offer has ever been discussed, undoubtedly proving he is….but an overrated dud.

They won the comp and next season Gasnier hangs up his boots at only 30 yrs of age. Gasnier was never going to play out his contract of 4 1/2 years He just blew in like it has been happening for years with every club. Remember the English short term blowins in the 80’s? Martin Offiah was a classic case. Almost as good as Gasnier’ s case. Bwahahahahahahahahahahaha

SBW is a fitness guru. His presence within a club alone is enough to spark every player to go harder at training. He is massive on instilling the 1%er’s into every player. Just the tonic the Roosters need with all the drop ball in their last three games. Sony has a Cooper Cronk aura about him that transforms the entire club into pisitive winning thinking.
Where in-limbo Toronto Wolfpack players should look to next
Roosters are 400k under the cap, got a discount with season ending injuries to Smith and will get some discount with Radley and Verrills plus Sony is only playing for less than 8 games at the most. He will be lucky to be paid 200k.

Yes he signed for the remaining half year of 2010 to claim a premiership in that 4 and a half year contract. Which means I’m correct because he signed mid season with Saints who were already on top of the comp. So he signed mid season at the end of his career and retired at the end of 2011 with 3 years of his contract remaining. Thats a blowin in my book for a premiership. I was around supporting Glebe before we got booted out in 1929. Soufths and Balmain wanted to steal our juniors, then in the 1950’s Souths stole a large chunk of the Roosters (Tri Colours) juniors. I was born in 1921 when North Sydney won their 1st and 2nd last premiership. They won the year after also

First of all the Roosters are in the business of winning comps. Hence letting Pearce go for Cronk. Which proved very wise. Secondly the Roosters have lost three players for the year with knee injuries and are under the cap plus are entitled to a further reduction in the cap due to those injuries. Thirdly this behaviour has been going on for decades, Gasnier to Saints in 2010 is your evidence.

Seibold got Brisbane to the finals last season before doing the same thing the Bennett got out of them the year before. Absolutely thrashed in defeat in a semi. Although Bennetts thrashing was worse due to that being a home semi. Brisbane have not been able to recover from last season semi thrashing. Brisbane are pathetic and White with his best buddy Seibokd need to be fired immediately.
