Tigers supporter who remembers the dark old days mid 80's onwards sitting in the old Ponsford stand waving my flag (admittedly not much) and swearing after most weeks not coming back. Still here..????

I’ll preface by saying that as a Richmond man I have no love for the Pies but if Maynard goes for this I am done with footy. Regardless of current rules, interpretations etc, other than a player getting injured I can’t see anything wrong with this. Maybe I’m just getting old..sigh

AFL News: Goodwin responds to Maynard bump, Pies' Noble gesture, Dusty meets with Dimma

“Breaking news”, gee whiz, this has come as an absolute surprise

'I stand vindicated': Fagan reacts as AFL ends racism inquiry - but further legal action still likely

AFL News: Hardwick to quit Richmond job, Champion Data overturns Moore's incredible record, Dees brace for Oliver blow

Thank u Dimma, you have given us long suffering Tiger supporters more than what we imagined when you took over the reigns. Forever grateful, best of luck whatever comes next.

AFL News: Hardwick to quit Richmond job, Champion Data overturns Moore's incredible record, Dees brace for Oliver blow

Firstly don’t condone what wrong players do or get up to but can see some some irony in a social media clip getting released before a must win Brisbane game ala Dusty video before Brisbane final. One may be excused to believe Lions may he a little nervous….???

AFL News: Pies star to play as further details emerge of video scandal, Fagan defends under-fire Daniher

Regarding tonight, no logical reason at all but this is exactly the type of game the Dogs win however not confident enough to tip them. Regarding my Tiges, always a game that can go either way however missing Short and Broad is a massive loss. Might be a bridge too far.

The Roar's AFL expert tips and predictions Round 3: Is this the week things take a turn for the better?

Really respect what the Back pocket plumber has achieved with Richmond and Essendon, not to mention promoting the game but surely time to move on and spend more time in the backyard gardening, has officially lost the plot

AFL News: Sheedy reveals he wanted Hird over Scott for Bombers coach, De Goey makes his choice

Not saying Buddy has much left in him but to say he had a shocker is a bit of a stretch considering the ball stayed away from Swans forward line most of the day. Most great forwards would’ve had a “shocker” playing in that Swans team

AFL News: Day grand final a TV ratings nightmare, concerns over Buddy after big day shocker

Congrats to the cats…but as a neutral have to say up there with one of the worst grand finals ever, always thought Geelong would win but as a spectacle terrible to watch…swans so far out of there depth

AFL Grand Final Focus: Dad's Army wins the war - here's how Chris Scott's Cats produced their masterpiece

100% agree Pete. Definitely feel it’s Geelongs to lose this year considering their consistency. Regarding Pies, most years when they make finals there is a heavy burden of expectation however this is a rare one where they essentially have a free hit considering where they’ve come from. Regardless what my Tigers dish up happy to have another crack at it especially as we seem to be rebuilding on the run and hopefully not falling off a cliff as many predicted earlier this year (myself included). Either way you’re right, 10 other teams would love to be there. Bring it on.

This is Geelong’s premiership to lose and that must scare the heck out of them

The only time I hear from Cochrane is when he us moaning about something. Don’t think he has received the AFL memo that it is a business now and like any organisation employees can choose who they work for. We all follow clubs where we hope players will remain loyal to the club but expecting players to do so is a thing of the past. Welcome to the real world Tony you big sook. No sympathy whatsoever for Suns. Clubs who have been around alot longer have been losing players alot longer.

AFL News: Suns chairman's brutal parting shot at Rankine, Clarko's Kanga cull begins

Wasn’t it an old Essendon alumni who once repeated the old phrase “the fish rots at the head”. Bombers need to get the top right before working on the rest.

Pinching Clarko wouldn't have fixed the problem breaking the Bombers

Thanks Shedda for the memories, great career and same kudos to Gray

AFL News: Rutten keen to stay but Lloyd wants Clarkson at Bombers, Cameron out, Gray, Edwards retiring, Fyfe back?

In a nutshell, one reason Pies can win it is they are a side at the moment playing with a no fear factor. Goes a long way.

Collingwood’s triumph over adversity: Six reasons why they can go all the way

It pains me to say but the only way I see Geelong not winning the whole damn thing is if they meet a Vic side in the final and even then probably still win it, an interstate team against them will not win. Really hope I’m wrong.

AFL Round 21 power rankings: Was this Collingwood’s Waterloo?

As much I hope we make it and have another crack at it, my concerns are not knowing which Richmond will show up as we can beat anyone and lose to anyone. Also a big concern is our backline minus a couple players

AFL Round 21 power rankings: Was this Collingwood’s Waterloo?

As a Tigers man won’t miss him kicking anymore heartbreaking goals against us. As a footy lover, take a bow Mundy on a great career.
