Fair point. Just watching all 3 play this year I can’t get my head around how Teddy can be the better fullback. I know they’re playing in different systems and Penriths is the best atm, but Dylan is always a stand out. He has been phenomenal this year in the absence of Cleary. Where as Teddy seems patchy with his great, good and average games. I’m probably biased. I just can’t fathom Dylan not doing a good job there, and if turbo is picked then him getting his hands on the ball more often cannot be a bad thing.

It’s easy for Teddy to have the best stats in post contact metres because he generally dies with the ball. He is allergic to passing. He is a hog and that bit us last year where his performance was ordinary. His best years are behind him even if he is in better form he is still hot and cold. If you want X factor- pick turbo, if you want reliability- pick Edwards, if you want to make qld happy- pick Tedesco. Stats don’t always paint an accurate picture in rugby league.

Deliberate!? lol. It was an accident. Started off as a good tackle and ended badly. It was on the milder scale of a hip drop but he should spend a week or two suspended nevertheless. The only player I’ve seen of late who gets preferential treatment from deliberately trying to hurt people of late is Taane Milne. His current suspension was outrageously short. Let’s also not get started on the stuff Latrell gets away with.

He is right though. The tackle was ugly and there should be a rule in place to stop that sort of thing happening, but there is not a rule. A duty to bend is something that was made up last night. If it was just a head clash without the gore then it would have been a non event.

Rugby is boring. That’s why once a kid leaves their private school they are done with it. League will always win in excitement and player quality.
