Why are we acting like Souths are the only NRL team in Sydney?
I hate to say it because I’ve loved seeing Snake, Skivvi and Choc playing their guts out for Manly but I believe we need to cut our losses and move on from them at the end of this season, esp if we go out in straight sets. That said, I only think we should do that if we do not incur any salary cap hits for 2015 so the new club takes on their current contract. I’d rather Manly rebuild, ensuring they re-sign DCE and Foran….building the club again around those 2, Ballin and Lyon along with the many good young guys they have coming through.

I’m glad the final paragraph added some much needed perspective. In two weeks time, the Warriors could be coming off back to back losses to the Broncos and Manly and all the hype will be out of the sails of the team from NZ
