And Reesjan Pasitoa is from perth and hes very good especially considering his age him being the second youngest ever capped brumby and that shows that there is potential in wa, there just needs to be good pathways.

i understand that but there is a reason that the wallabies have always been majority tahs even when the tahs were the worst in the league

one of the biggest flaws of the system is all the characters of power are from nsw or qld and are therefore bias towards selection etc
meaning young players from the tahs are being picked to early instead of players from wa and when super rugby gets a player from nrl he goes to the tahs e.g. sualii and folau

I was at the coaching run before the Portugal game and the forwards were just doing light training drills and the backs were just doing kicking the entire time they were all having kicks off the tee, I’m surprised Donaldson is our kicker JP and marky hit it from the 60 easily and kellaway looked good. But Gordon got some medical attention half way through and left early.

Fines’s passing against France looked far better than any passing i’ve seen all year including the super rugby. He has the running game of Tate plus the passing game of Lonergan, plus he’s good to have on a team given he can cover the wing, and do so far better than Vunivalu or Pietsch!!!

but marikas tackles were in the middle of the park and marks tackles were probably covering marikas wing, and i never said he didnt tackle

to be honest i have serious doubts about marika he is the player that stands out because of all the big hits and tries but if you pay attention his wing is always the wing which they make a linebreak on because he just doesnt defend his wing, he needs to stay on his wing a bit more and look for less forwards work in the middle of the park. Am i the only one who has noticed this???

at this point id rather tom lynagh. but id like to see lolesio and pasitoa in there. i do know that pasitoa is just coming back from an injury, but the halves combo of Fines and Pasitoa is gonna br great next year.

we need to stick with a team and let them get experience working together and playing on the international stage

he does give away a lot of penalties, and i do agree we need to bring in youth but we have no one better than him unfortunately

IFL should be the starting halfback and if not Lolesio i believe Pasitoa should start at 10 and Ollie Callan has been heavily overlooked he is the best 7 over the ball in super rugby and thats exactly what Australia need at the moment.
