Adelaide coach subbed the GK in the second half.
Obviously the game didn’t mean much to the Adelaide women.

The Roar's A-League Men tips and predictions: Round 22

Kersey f’s up yet again.
1) Kitto had Imai’s throat. Should have sent Kitto off as well.
2) Lopez tackle from behind no different to Simmonds tackle ( vs Western United) where he got a red card for a tackle from behind or the Beadling tackle (against Macarthur) from behind where Kersey gave a red card to Beadling.

Kersey is a poor referee.
Send ĥim back to Queensland NPL and keep him there

The Roar's A-League Men tips and predictions: Round 22

One prediction
Alireza Faghani will show a straight red card to Gemain

Thankfully Kersey is not on this game

Stuart
Where is your apology to the Western Sydney Wanderers for your absolutely atrocious article earlier this week.
Have you even tried to talk to Scott Hudson

And Garcia’s statement was awful.

Time to get your off the keyboard and ring if you count yourself as a football journalist.

The Roar's A-League Men tips and predictions: Round 20

As stated The Global Game tinight, CommBank Stadium is now run by VenuesNSW as of the 1st January 2024

Violence is not 'passion': Wanderers fans chuck a wobbly again... why is it always them?

Stuart
Were you there?

I was there last Saturday night.

The police were there in numbers i have seen for a quite a while. I counted at least 4 groups of 10 well armed NSW police officers on the way to my seat above the RBB.
they were well armed and were scowling at anyone in Red and Black jersey.
In one group had a laptap where i clearly saw facial recognition being used.

I am not an RBB member but the NSW Police were the intimidators in this case

Indeed, on the way in I heard one young man close to 18 yo calling someone that he had been kicked out.

Did you even take note of the Club Approved Tifo that when from near where i sitting to halfway around the Eastern stand.

And where is your condemation of the flares lighters in the Southern stand who wear sky blue.

Until you talk to the people involved and stop being a keyboard warrior looking for clicks, your opinion in null and void.

I wish otherwise but Stuart tipping the Wanderers is the kiss of death

The Roar's A-League Men tips and predictions: Round 19

It does not matter if contact is made or not
This is an extract from the IFAB Laws of the Game
“Violent conduct is when a player uses or attempts to use excessive force or brutality against an opponent when not challenging for the ball, or against a team-mate, team official, match official, spectator or any other person, regardless of whether contact is made.”

The important point is …Regardless of whether contact is made”.

Torres should have been sent off

The Central Coast Mariners are a reminder of what's good about the A-League Men

After yesterday’s game they are playing ughlt and dirty and the referees are letting them get away with it.

Doka is a serial diver. First dive led to the goal. Should have been a yellow card. Second dive was in front of the penalty area and a goal was almost scored.

Torres is a thug. should have been sent off for either connecting with Chapman’s face or intending to connect with Chapman’s face using his forehead. Should have been a red card. Chapman should have got a yellow for the jersey tug with a penalty needing to be awarded to the Mariners as it was in the penalty area.

And anyone who suggests Nisbet for international duty needs a padded cell

The Central Coast Mariners are a reminder of what's good about the A-League Men

Do you have a copy of any of the Laws of Game in the last 5 years? Th
If so, associations can implement “temporary dismissals aka sin bins” at their discretion.

Football NSW and multiple local associations have in their jurisdiction have implemented Temporary Dismissals for one offence. That offence is for Dissent at a match official. At association level it is a yellow card and a 2 handed point to the technical area for the player to cool off. For players 17 and under, it is a minimum 5 minutes on the sideline till the referee allows the player back on; for adults, it is a minimum 10 minutes till the referee allows the player back on. At NPL Youth (13 to 18s), the signal is a 2 handed point to the sideline with a minimum of 5 minutes cooling off till the referee allows the player back on. No card is shown but each temporary dismissal counts to the players yellow card count.
Before flying off, i suggest you ring up the Referees Manager at Football NSW to discuss the impact of temporary dismissal in the Football NSW jurisdiction

Shove your blue cards where the sun doesn't shine, football - the game is already over-officiated

Only if the money is redeployed.
Football (soccer) requires a multicentre approach for the men (u23) and womens competition. The money would be better spent on developing a 20 to 30k stadium somewhere else in Brisbane (not Redcliffe).
Is there any flood proof land around Brisbane where a new stadium could be built or a redevelopment on the southern side of the river?

Wanderers play victims again as Rudan launches childish, Trump-like conspiracy theories

And Kersey is now 4th official in the Brisbane Roar game.
Both Assistant Referees have not been appointed.
McGill can resign now.

Wanderers play victims again as Rudan launches childish, Trump-like conspiracy theories

Stuart
You obviously don’t like my suggestion that you look at the footage of the Germain contact on Beadling.
Ever since Ben Wilson was in charge of the referee, there has been a mafia-like cabal of Queensland referees
Green
Gillett
King
And now Kersey.

Nathan McGill is not fit for the job and should either resign or be sacked.

Mull on that obe

The Roar's A-League Men tips and predictions: Round 15

Currently Macarthur Bullsh1tters, Sydney FC and Melbourne City. All usually get away with it

'Stigma attached to my club': Rudan blasts refs amid major A-League controversy as Wanderers dudded in 4-3 loss

Davilla should get punished for his diving. He is a good actor who milks the fouls from our A-League referees except one, Alireza Faghani.
All the referees on the current as well as former ones are guilty of group think and believing that professional players should not be sent off.
Fouls like those of Brillante, O’Shea, and Payne are deemed worthy of a red card for serious foul play with studs contact above boot and all get 2 weeks. Fair enough.
The tackle by Simmons last week was a slip in a tackle from behind but is 3 weeks.

Contract lash out by Germain to Beadling on the ground and only a warning. The Laws of the Game state you do not have to connect to be sent off for violent conduct. Kersey failed to apply the LOTG.

In another forum, someone pointed out that Davilla grabbed a Brisbane Roar by the throat with no sanction.

The Laws of the Game need to be applied consistently to all teams.

The question to ask is why are Macarthur Bulls FC different to the rest of the league.

There would be no Germain hatrick if he was sent off for VIOLENT CONDUCT in the first half instead of being kept on the field by Kersey. One will never know but Beadling may not have seen a red card if Germain had been off.

Nathan McGill get your referee to apply the Laws of the Game consistently to all clubs with NO BIAS.

Spot on Marko
Time to call out the issues

Rather than a sanction, Nathan McGill needs to call Rudan today, if he hasn’t already!

Germain should have seen red.

Stuart get a tip right against the Wanderers.

Because Germain was left on the park despite lashing out with boots against Tom Beadling on the ground

I have no respect for Germain. Lying cheat
Davilla is diver and actor.

Macarthur will forever be disrespected

Cheats

The Roar's A-League Men tips and predictions: Round 12

Stuart tips the Wanderers so expect the sky to fall!

No Millar for the Bulls.
Adelaide have to backup on Monday as wes well as the bulls.

The Roar's A-League Men tips and predictions: Round 11

Stuart tips against the Wanderers.
Thats perfect. Keep it Stu as most of the time you tip against us, especially with our backs against the wall the Wanderers mens team get the win.

The Roar's A-League Men tips and predictions: Round 9

Love it when Stuart tips against the Wanderers.
So Brattan nearly killed us with his tackle breaking Brandon Borello’s foot.
Plus we have multiple injuries to centrebacks.
Doesn’t matter that we currently play on the counter. Ninkovic has hardly played this season.
And thankfully, we didn’t sign either of the Brazilians that the Smurfs signed.

The Roar's A-League Men tips and predictions: Round 8

Both could have been penalties. The Hendrix incident appeared to be kicked into his hand with the hand by his leg. The impact of the ball made with his arm made it look.
I saw Neville’s elbow move towards the ball and made his silhouette bigger.
I would have no hesitation in issuing a red card and awarding a penalty in that situation at any level of the game for what he did no matter what strip they wear.
