That is not correct technically that would mean you could spend 12 million on players and then just play cap each week. If Cronk , Smith , Thurston or DCE get injured their clubs cant spend their money on replacing them.

I think dropping players is usually a last resort for the coach. If you watched the game against the storm it highlights a few VERY high profile players in their team that lack some heart. Johnson was a turnstile the night. I get he will loose in general a bigger man at least get a hit in.

My point of view is “hope he gets help and better”. It is clearly a last straw , camels back situation. He has sick kid , relationship gone south, salary cap scandal , new club captain on mega bucks high expectations. These seem to be the “known” issues then there is all the rumours. Jesus no wonder he has gone off the edge. “Good luck Kieron” is all I have to say.

Warriors are a 50/50 call in NZ depends who turns up. They did not turn up at AAMI. I would not be getting any warm fuzzy feeling about the storm just yet they were average against the Tigers and should have lost. That is closer to the form line.
