It’s a great list, Matt, and a lot of thought has gone into it (and the presentation). I’d have Pierro there but who to leave out? Sepoy and All Too Hard were equally victims of the breeding barn.
Add the 3 above to Hay List, Starcraft, Lankan Rupee, Mummify, Criterion, Desert War and The Autumn Sun to make it up to 30!
The 20 greatest Australian racehorses of the past 20 years
Sunlight is another 3yo with considerable promise. Like Verry Elleegant and Mystic Journey (and maybe Arcadia Queen) it will be interesting to see which come back as top 4yos.
It’s a pity that very few high-class entires get to 20 starts now.
