The Wallabies ‘must beat‘ side are a mob called the All blacks. Why not try something different. For a period (maybe 10 years), Instead of trying to copy bits of of their playbook eg their kicking game), why not try and understand the secret to the greatest sports team on earth and in history- its culture of personal responsibility and putting private ego at the service of the team at all times- or perhaps just ban fly halves.

A new motto maybe

‘The Wallabies- creating wankers for 20 years’

Really. Many rugby fans are not on the edge of their seats waiting the return of sbwy

SBW to make return to union off bench

Yes even !All Black supporters were on their feet (or at least I was) for the raging Cornelson tries. Still it was before we were all totally raving mad about our football teams and did not think to wear our teams jerseys, without having earned the right.

What iconic sporting event were you lucky enough to be at?

I was at the Basin Reserve Wellington when
New Zealand first beat England in a cricket test – on
15 February 1978. An enormous victory inspired by Richard Hadlee’s 6 for 26. Although my strongest memory is standing at the island Bay end, seeing the great Geoff Boycott dismissed for 1 by Richard Collinge.

I thought the only thing the ref wanted to happen was a slowed down frustrating and confusing game. One if the worst refereed games I have seen for a long time

Wallabies blow Bledisloe chance

Honestly Conrad. It’s only a baby…AB Management will need to put this into the contract. Birth control advise and timing of deliveries (summer please)

Is rookie centre the chink in All Blacks armour?

Ahh the irony. The Waratah’s kicker was coached by an ex Allblack and the back line coached by another.

Super Rugby final: Waratahs beat Crusaders 33-32 in a classic

A well deserved victory to the Waratahs, but why with only minutes to go did the crusaders halfback kick the ball ack to them?

Super Rugby final: Waratahs beat Crusaders 33-32 in a classic

After such an insult, from some stuck up private school dolt, one can only hope the crusaders appropriately thrash these wannabes…

Super Rugby final: Read storms out of photo shoot with tardy Hooper

No

Will anyone attend the Big Bash final played in Canberra

Good sirs. Methinks that whatever the result of this joust, the Franks will always win out. Have they not the deepest purses of gold coin? Will not players from near and far race to the Duchies of Toulon, Perpignan and Biarritz in search of gold?

Sharks versus Crusaders: An objective preview

If the weather continues I doubt the teams will even come out of the sheds 🙂

Brumbies on high alert for Chiefs' Cruden

Can’t agree more. I have never understood this. I understand arguments about youth but the bringing in on of young candidates does not look all that successful. Perenara particularly worries me.
