These so called corporate masters pay your wages. And if you place the company’s profitability in jeopardy then you are also placing those others that work for this corporate master, jobs at risk. So yes all rights, do not come without consequence.

Why I donated to Israel Folau - and why I will again

I am sick and tired of IF and his supporters calling this a free speech right. It is not! He is free to say whatever he wants in his social media accounts. However his employer also has a right to fire him if he does not follow the company policy. IF has failed to follow the company policy on a number of occasions so he was terminated, given his 4 weeks pay and asked to leave.
I would think that the IF supporters would be better served to start complaining about the federal police raiding the ABC and News Corp Australia journalist Annika Smethurst. This is far more important issue of free speech and that of the free press!!!!

Why I donated to Israel Folau - and why I will again

One day in the future Israel will wake up and realize what a tosser he has been. This is not about free speach it is about money for his church!

Folau hoping to crowd-fund legal case against Rugby Australia

It is time for Folau to go.
There is no room for these comments while employed by the ARU. In my work we have a social media code that we must adhere to while employed by them. I don’t have a problem with this at all. Folau can have his views but can’t use his high profile position ( as an Australian Rugby player) to promote these views. Once he is sacked he can tweet as much as he likes.

Rugby union would be a more inclusive, kinder place without Israel Folau and his backwards views

You can’t start Hooper and Pocock. Only one on the field to start with and play a proper blind side.

The Wallabies team that can bring home the World Cup

Can’t see how Folyey made this team. Did a couple of good things however the organization of the backline and attack was terrible. Watch the game as see where the Tahs were 22mtrs out and retreated with ball in hand while trying to attack back to inside their own half. This can’t happen in a test or we will be flogged. The ball was getting passed one or 2 out to players standing still and nothing was done at speed. These issues are the 9 and 10’s responsibility.

Super Rugby team of the week: Round 6

I call BS on this from Growden, a child throwing rocks from the sidelines. If he has any evidence then it behoves him to take to the authorities. If he loves the game? Or is he just after the headline to sell news papers for his over lords?

The rugby world should take Greg Growden's Wallabies match-fixing allegations seriously

As a long time Reds supporter I am over this rebuilding BS.
The process Thorn has used to get his way is crap. Toss out all the older players with experience and throw the young ones to the Loins, so to speak.
To not play Cooper last year was stupid and best, incompetent at least, the sacking of Slipper was disgraceful. Talk about throwing the baby out with the bath water.
I do understand the need to bring in new players and this needed to be done. However stripping your team of some calming experience is totality off the hook.
I feel for Stewart and the way Thorn has handled his demise. Then Thorn thinks he can fix the issues and put Hegarty in well I would think the Tahs game answers this.
Get rid of Thorn and his holier than now attitude, Rugby is not just about defence, tackling and scrummaging, you need players to be able to break down a defensive line and then have players with ability to organise the attack.
We don’t have the last 2 in the equation ( ½ and 5/8).

Super Rugby Power Rankings 2019: Round 4

A lot of the opinion above is about the makeup of the wallaby backs.
I believe the question should be who will be in the pack?
Michael Hooper and Pocock can’t be in the same run on side. In fact would drop Hooper and play Pocock starting. The back 3 in the pack will be interesting and show how much input Checker has on the selections. Front row selections will also show this. Sekope Kepu goes down injured in most games he plays, I feel that he may be past it at Test level. Bench player at best.
No matter what backline we have if we can’t select the correct forward pack to give us quick front foot ball, then don’t expect that the backs will win the games for us. The Genia and Cooper show is all about quick ball and playing on the advantage line. The ball handling skills of the players around them need to be at the hight level for this to work.

Where will the Wallaby selectors play Folau and Beale?
