1, Get rid of Gang and Head high tackles,2 teach players fundementals ie Backing up,passing,drawing your opponent,catching a ball on the full,how to sidestep.
3. Get rid of women commentators at Mens Games and Talk shows.4 Stop Refs calling for players to keep onside or behind the line for a line dropout,when the scrum breaks.and players by their name ,numbers only.5. when a player is injured let another player from the same team play the ball.6.Make stealing the ball a penalty even for one player.7.
