Bin early and often?
Remember magic round in 2021? They tried that and people walked away from the games because of the blow outs that happened. It was labelled a disaster by NRL pundits and commentators alike. The amount of milking for penalties and diving is beyond a joke now as well. If you get tapped on the nose, you stay down till the ref blows a penalty then the player gets back up again. Should be sent for a HIA immediately to stamp it out of the game like they did in the first 3 rounds. This isn’t Soccer.
Do agree with the “in the trenches” argument. You’re not at war, you play rugby league.

That is this year with the crowds, they learnt the lessons of the past in that disaster that was magic round 2021. I was at that game and even the manly fans who smashed the broncos left early due to the contest being “boring” after Broncos having 2 send offs in that game. So why bring that back? It just makes it a dead contest when you have too many players go to the bin. I am of the thinking that if Rugby League is too tough a sport for you to watch, then maybe it isn’t for you.
