I attended every match on tour and we have a long way to go in the areas of kicking for touch with penalties, defensive in goal and box kicks. We have been terrible in every game I’ve seen with no improvement from game one. Our coaches are failing badly in this area, the all blacks and England are far superior to us in this area. Why haven’t we got a more consistent Goal kicker than foley. I know he kicked well in two games but he has not got a long kick in him and in today’s game it’s essential to have a 80% strike rate. Finally errors, our lack of respect for the ball is embarrassing. The positive takeaways are our scrum, defense and running game. We are not far from beating England. the ref was a joke. One side can not be that bad with penalties. England had a couple of lucky breaks with dumb mistakes whereas we did not. The try by the 10 should not have happened there was a metre forward pass (England commentators stated it) before they got that penalty. I could go on but I will let it go. He stuffed a great game of rugby. England still might have won but the teams were much closer than the score showed. Heading home tomorrow for some sun it’s freezing here.

Roar Forum: What changes should the Wallabies make for 2017?

I have seen all wallaby games and they are average and unless they stop Genia kicking with stupid and wasteful use of good ball hard earned by the forwards the Irish will kick our butts. Sadly I will be there barracking hard as I can and witnessed our demise if they continue with same tactics. So here’s hoping.

Wallabies team to play Ireland: Timani dropped to make way for Mumm

Your explanation disappoints me as its clear you/the game are bought by the sponsor whereas the AFL believes, as I do, we own the product and they bid for the rights to televise it NOT dictate the draw. Once again we are lead by poor management skills. What about the real owners of the sport, the supporters they seem to be neglected again. The media report that the chairman is gone so maybe our CEO should go as well.
