Holly holm is a true champion and is a winner with grace and professionalism. She is a true role model

WATCH: Rousey tearfully talks about suicidal thoughts after shock loss

A great leader amd mediocre batsman. Kind of like a b grade Tubby Taylor in a way

Brendon McCullum disappoints me, but not for the usual reasons

The tail of the Aussie side looks very long with Siddle at 8. Marsh is still to prove himself with the bat and the same with Nevill. I’m a tad concerned. Bowling looks very similar with no left armer or much pace

Jackson Bird recalled to Australian XI for first Test against New Zealand

This is all part of the grand strategy the brothers Marsh brains trust. It’s all a preemptive move to get out cheaply. It’s a test for the rest of the Aussie team to see if they can measure up to the greatness of anyone named Marsh

New Zealand vs Australia highlights: Kiwis dominate hapless Aussie batting line up

I never thought I’d say this but Shane Watson and his experience is needed in this side. And khawaja has been made to look good by sitting on the bench and seeing these supposed superior batsmen fail so badly

The article was fine and those complaining should maybe contribute some work of their own for roarers to scrutinise

Trevor Chappell and Rod Marsh were also to blame for the underarm incident

Only 6 Queenslanders?

Indigenous All Stars name three replacements

Kohli is the best batsman in the world by a long way and is an excellent competitor. I saw nothing wrong with what he did.

Virat Kohli again proves his worth

Mr Foran should’ve maybe kept out of this. Making himself look silly

Foran pleads: don't axe Mitchell Pearce

Khawaja is not needed. Australia already has the finest Aussie batsman since Bradman in the team. Shaun Marsh will be the catalyst for a new magnificent era in cricket.

Injury to Aaron Finch sees Usman Khawaja finally selected

The new New Zealand cricket team are the finest exponents of sportsmanship I’ve ever seen on any sporting field in my time. All athletes should look to them to a perfect display of class and sophistication in sport, miraculously led by one Brendan Mccullum

Why did Virat Kohli really sledge Steve Smith for that dismissal?

Very true. He’s still young and if he moves to South Africa or New Zealand he’d get a game for their national sides very quickly after qualifying for residency

What has happened to Alister McDermott?

Excellent article. I was thinking about his absence not long ago. Beggars can’t be choosers as far as Queensland is concerned. Look at the bowlers they’ve used the last few seasons. Feldman is a solid bowler who is fine and stanlake looks a good prospect. Gannon has a good record but his action is always questioned. Cutting is more an all rounder these days. Their bowling needs someone like McDermott right now with hopes soon to be gone. There should be no excuse for him not to be there. Sure his club record isn’t as good as other club bowlers, but he’s already proven himself at the higher levels.
Also, look at some of the dross bowled by some of the other state bowlers. Surely he can do better then that. There must be more to this story.

What has happened to Alister McDermott?

How nice of him

McCullum set to announce retirement

Enjoying the commentary. Keep up the good work suneer

Is would consider ronchi to come in with watling being a specialist batsman. Ronchi would love to play on his former home ground and have a piece of the Aussie attack I think. I second the notion for mccleghanan. His recent form in kiwi first class cricket is good and if used in short spells, he could ruffle some feathers. I would’ve have considered Colin Munro to come over. His first class record is very good and he is a solid part time bowler. His stats are something like a high 40s average striking at 90

Playing half-fit Southee could be suicide for New Zealand

I,applaud her for her efforts and words. If only more sports people were afforded the luxury of being allowed to be so outspoken

"Get stuffed" Michelle Payne's message for industry doubters

No. I’d hate to be third seamer doing all the grunt work when both are picked. Young hazlewood is good but is not up to that amount of drudgery yet

Can Mitchells Starc and Johnson fit in the same Test team?

Looks like it’s all over

Hayne likely to be benched for the second straight game

I agree completely phil

MASCORD: Why does everyone care so much about the Immortals?

Great news. She will be playing at the top very soon

Sarah Taylor to play for men’s team in Australia

England would’ve done the same and been celebrated for it

Wallabies to lose by 30

Wallabies vs England highlights: Rugby World Cup scores, blog

Slow wingers and very little creativity in this side. Awful lot of pressure on foley to convert every kicking opportunity. I hope he’s up to it.
