Mick Heenan is an outstanding rugby coach and I have worked with him outside of rugby. He is a quality leader of people. I’m over the Reds – I think their decision makers are very poor.

Sacked. Mick Heenan is a great local grown talent and was only given a one year contract. He deserves so much better. I would have appointed him head coach.

Totally agree. He could play 7 for the Wallabies but I think Fraser should have that sewn up.

He was a prime example of effort and heart. Fraser and Tate also v good as were Jock and JOC. In fact a team effort!

I think he is clown. I assume he is trying to raise the game’s profile but he is being over the top. Performance on the field is what counts not cheap chat. While he is being so bold is he doing anything to address our structural issues? Is he trying to centralise things so that we create better alignment and cohesion?

How good is it to watch Ireland with their passing and power game. But they have the systems and processes to have developed this. We have states all doing their own thing.

Good article and I think Jones words are spot on. If we want power then the Reds need to start picking Jordan Petaia at 15 every week. He could be world class.
