Jake White does not honour contracts!

'He's up for it': Why ex-Boks World Cup-winner Jake White should be on the Wallabies coaching hit list

Eddie,
England fired you. Ireland, Scotland and Wales have zero interest in you.
The chances of the British Lions approaching you is absolutely zero. Farrell is odds on to be the next coach of the Lions.
Good luck.

Rugby News: 'I'd feel like a traitor' - Eddie says he'd reject prestige job, reveals surprise Japan 'stumbling block' as SBW goes WHACK

Shaun Edwards is a fantastic defense coach but not a head coach.
Wayne Barnes is a partner in a prestigious international law firm, presumably making the big bucks, and unlikely to move anywhere where that firm doesn’t have an office.
ROG as head coach would be a good choice.

The only way is up, baby - What the next Wallabies coaching setup should look like

They won’t sack him because they don’t want to risk having to make payout. However, I think they have ample reasons to fire him for cause.

REPORT: Eddie Jones to quit Wallabies and join Japan as head coach

Kerevi deserved red

Wallabies' RWC hopes still alive after wild win over Portugal - but it will take a miracle to avoid historic first flop

“JRFU won’t disclose any information about candidates [name of individual or the progress] until we decide and announce the new head coach, so unfortunately there is no comment from us so far because it’s not been decided,” a JRFU spokesperson

SPIRO ZAVOS: My message to Hamish McLennan and Eddie Jones: 'In the name of God, go'

Two things.
1. How about recognising Wales played very well
2. The 6 match ban for Deysel shows the appalling double standard of World Rugby. It was not deliberate. Had an AB or a Bok made the tackle it would be 3 weeks. Since when does World Rugby factor in who was injured and the outcome to the tackled player.

RWC News: 'Blink rate goes bizarre' - Human lie detector studies Eddie, Hansen wants Brumbies-Rebels merger, Dupont upbeat

He has not become a bad coach overnight! He was terrible for the last 3 years in England and has followed that with 8 months of brilliance as Wallabies coach.

Eddie Jones should be celebrated not booed: Why the worst thing RA could do is sack the Wallabies coach

McLennan and Jones both need to go.
Gatland took over Wales at the same time as Jones got Wallabies job. Wales was probably in s worse state. Gatland had several senior players (AWJ, Tipuric, Owens and Webb) retire on him
However he still has produced a cohesive professional tram

The Wrap: With Wallabies done and dusted in 15 miserable days, who do we trust to take Australian rugby forward?

Dear Mr Jones
Thank you for your interest in the Japan head coach position.
We have received many applications from excellent candidates., and I regret to inform you that you were not selected for the final short list.
Sincerely
Masato Tsuchida
President JRU

Yes Eddie, we really are sitting here thinking 's--t, what's this bloke on about?'

No they can’t sue him. No need. If he has lied to Waugh he can be fired for cause.

Absurd decisions by Root. Green wicket, overcast skies two of the best steamers in the wod. Broad and Anderson should have played and Australia should have been put in to bat. Root is a great batsman but a terrible captain

'Gee, you're a bit harsh on me': Warne divulges Smith complaint, Pat's perfect start, England's 'huge gamble' backfires: Talking Points

Quade Cooper has Australian citizenship – albeit was only recently granted

'I'm hurt I couldn't please everyone:' 'Vulnerable' Quade Cooper on decision to choose club over country

Poor old Quade Cooper. You made your decision – Japanese Club 1st, Wallabies 2nd.
I actually understand this and don’t blame you one bit.
But please stop the “Oh poor me, I am misunderstood” – total hypocrisy

This has nothing to do with Giteau’s Law or Nasty Japanese Clubs or Scot Johnson’s ultimatums
You were selected to tour. Under Reg 9 clubs must release you, without penalty. You made yourself unavailable..

Unavailable is how you should be classified from here on.

'I'm hurt I couldn't please everyone:' 'Vulnerable' Quade Cooper on decision to choose club over country

Let’s deal with facts.
1. The vast majority of Australia’s tour to the NH is inside the window.
2. All rugby clubs are legally obligated to release players selected inside the window.
3. Players can obviously opt out and make themselves unavailable.
Cooper, Kerevi and McMahon have decided to make themselves unavailable.
Quite simply they should never be selected again to represent Australia

Are they complete idiots?

Six Pumas, including Matera, locked out of Queensland after Byron visit, Wallabies Test will go ahead

Joubert got them to RWC final not Cheiky the Clown

Michael Cheika dismayed by shoddy Waratahs defence

I just wish the refs would apply, not interpret, the laws. Two examples – 1. Until recently the ball was supposed to be put into the centre of the scrum and neither side was supposed to push until the ball was in the scrum. This never happened. 2. The person who was tackled was supposed to immediately play, place or release the ball – again this never happened.
The powers-to-be then play with the laws until you get the current farce of put-ins to the feet of the #8 in scrums

A referee's view - well, mine anyway

Think tgackling was actively discouraged, not just optional.

Hurricanes outgun Waratahs in shootout

Tourists/Lions won’t be massively underdone as just finished a very competitive 6N. Also playing Japan efore they leave UK. Boks on other hand have not played since RWC

Lions tour schedule revised due to COVID

Seems absurd to go ahead with the tour

Lions tour schedule revised due to COVID

This could have been a good article if you had left your personal biases out of it and not resorted to over the top rhetoric.

Short-sighted absurdity of World Rugby, with its tyrannical and oppressive rules …Jump through hoops laced with fire to try and represent…World Rugby has bleated constantly about “growing the game” around the world, yet they have belittled and neglected the likes of Samoa, Fiji and Tonga at every juncture and opportunity.. World Rugby, the game’s governing body has been implicit in their rapacious avarice…we are going to continually see the pillage of the island nations

World Rugby needs to fix the game's broken international eligibility rules
