Pretty decent side mate, but with Green, Marsh and to a lesser degree Head, you could probably go one more batsman and Warner did just win the ODI player of the year. As I also like the look of Smith and Head opening you could look for some extra firepower in the middle Could go Aaron Hardie (adds another bowling option too) or even Inglis as a pure batsman. To be fair not sure who you are leaving out of the bowling order to fit them in.

Agreed, if they are going to keep the stand rule, dont make it harder to officiate for the umpires by adding qualifying factors to the rule.
I do however think that the stand rule should not apply for shots on goal, make it simple if the man standing the mark is on or inside the 50m arc the stand rule does not apply.

One could easily Make the argument that the contract was unconscionable, Eddie (and clearly the AFL as well) having knowledge pertaining directly to the key term of the contract that was not made known to PAFC could be deemed as being directly misleading one party or brings into question the key convenient of all contracts ‘good faith’.

I really think it is Aliir that needs to stand up, at full flight his ability to interpret will be critical in preventing their tall timber (and then top end small forwards) repeat access at the footy
