Watched him play NRL and was underwhelmed with his performance..I find it disrespectful to current and former wallabies that this unproven player is given guarantees of a gold jersey..no wonder RA is a basket case..

I made comment very early on that I regret the demise of the 80 minute tight forward..but what was pointed out to me was that 7-1 split is within the laws of the game, I still feel it may not be in the spirit of the game, but I am a bit of a rugby dinosaur..

The ABs forwards were very brave and it’s arguable that they deserved reward for that awesome last scrum of the game..my comment was in the context that the Boks have consistently dominated up front, whether we agree with the tactics or not is irrelevant..they have unlocked the key to winning big games and their trophy cabinet reflects that, it is now up to everyone to catch up..my team, the wallabies have a huge mountain to climb..the ABs are very very close to Bok levels..

The general consensus amongst my Sunday arvo schooner club of rugby lovers was.
.the cane sent off whilst within the laws was BS..
Rugby needs to make the game less dependent on the tmo ..
The game needs to encourage attacking rugby..
Finally, most were sick of games being decided by penalty goals..

I watch both rugby and NRL..at the moment NRL is a superior product..

You didn’t have to be Nostradamus to predict the referee/tmo would decide games and not the players..rugby is in a precarious position unless they fix this up..too slow..too long and too boring

Our players aren’t good enough, simple, doesn’t matter who your coach is if the players aren’t international standard..until our players get better our standings won’t improve..

That game took so long to play out 80 minutes I managed 3 mugs of coffee, bacon and eggs, extra toast and a nap..players don’t need water after every 30 seconds of play..
