Live stream
If you are looking to live stream the race, then you’ve got two options.
The first is to do so via the Foxtel Play or Foxtel Go apps which allow users to stream Foxtel channels.
Because the race is being shown on Fox Sports 5, you’ll be able to watch it via these apps.
Foxtel Go is available for free if you already have an existing Foxtel service. Foxtel Play is better for those who are just looking to access live-streaming services rather than have a traditional installation.
Foxtel Play starts at a minimum of $25 per month, but is at least $50 per month if including the ‘Sports’ package. A two-week free trial is available for new customers.
These apps stream to a variety of devices including Android and iOS mobile devices, as well as PC and Mac computers.
Your other option will be to organise a live stream through Superview, the Supercars competition’s live streaming service.
For $39.95 you can access a live stream of every race of the Supercars season, ad-free, and also on-demand replays of past races.
Although the race is being broadcast on Channel Ten, it will not be live streamed on Tenplay.
TV
The race will be televised live on TV both via Foxtel and via free-to-air TV.
On Foxtel, it will be shown on Fox Sports 5. On free-to-air TV, it will be shonw on Channel Ten.
The race starts at 11:10am AEDT on Sunday 9 October, but both channels will begin coverage earlier than this.
Fox Sports 5’s coverage on Sunday begins from 8am AEDT.
Channel Ten’s coverage begins from 7:30am AEDT.
