Several years ago legendary cricket commentator Richie Benaud, fianlly selected what he called ‘My Greatest XI’, a combination of players he has seen in his time as a player or commentator.
Well, I’ve done the same thing-but in AFL.
I’ve selected a team that will play for me, and one that I would like to watch as a spectator. The emphasis of this side is one that has sheer class to not only win games of football, but premierships as well.
I’ve tossed and turned as to the make-up of this team, and I’ve settled on a well balanced line-up of champions.
