The Parramatta Eels host the North Queensland Cowboys at Pirtek Stadium for their second clash of 2014. Join The Roar for live scores and coverage from 7:40pm (AEST).

Parramatta will be looking to regain their mojo and make amends for last week’s shocking display against Penrith.

North Queensland travel over the border with the aim of continuing their good run of games and building on their Jonathan Thurston mastetclass performance against the Melbourne Storm last round.

In team news, the Eels welcome back their magnificent fullback in Jarred Hayne, but will have to make do without their talented hooker in Nathan Peats who has been ruled out for rest of season with an ACL injury.

Luke Kelly will return to the side and take Peats place.

The Cowboys welcome back Joel Riethmuller, but will be without Gavin Cooper, who is out until Round 22 with a hip injury.

A win tonight for the Cowboys would break their 2014 Sydney hoodoo and be a real boost heading into the second half of the season.

Another loss however, could damage their confidence and ability come away with a win in the future when they travel south.
