The 2016-17 NBA season is shaping up to be a very exciting one for Australia after Thon Maker showed off why he was a top 10 draft pick in his first appearance for the Milwaukee Bucks.

Playing in the NBA’s Summer League, Maker produced a double-double on debut, showed the value of his 216cm with some great dunks, and some excellent physicality with his blocks.

The Summer League has already seen Aussie Ben Simmons do his thing for the Philadelphia 76ers and both Simmons and Maker will get a few more chances to strut their stuff before the real thing begins later this year.
