MUST WATCH: JFM obliterates IPL bowling attack - even Bumrah! - for 15-ball 50... and keeps going
A six-laden, 27-ball 84 from Jake Fraser-McGurk to continue his outrageous debut IPL!
It’s that time of the week, Roarers; after a ripping pilot last week, Roar Live is set to make its debut and we’d love for you to get involved.
We’re on the eve of the third Test, and from Mintgate to the pink ball to the wholesale clean out of the Australian team, there are enough storylines to make your head spin.
We’re here to help you make sense of it all, so hit us up with whichever questions are on your mind, like:
What was worse – that time Faf Du Plessis ate a lolly, or Lance Armstrong’s decades-long systematic doping programme?
or
What the hell is a Peter Handscomb, and why is Matthew Wade still a thing?
Any questions at all, from the deathly serious to the pointlessly frivolous, are welcome, and we’ll do our best to get to as many of them as we can.
This week, Roar expert Geoff Lemon, who has also done a fair bit of work with ABC Grandstand and the Guardian, will join our managing editor, Patrick Effeney, and myself to tear into the big issues facing cricket for half and hour on this fine Wednesday afternoon.
The festivities will kick off live at 5:30pm on our Facebook page, and we’ll have video highlights and a replay at RoarTV.
There will also be a podcast available on Soundcloud.
If you want a taste of what Roar Live is all about, be sure to check out this clip from last week’s episode, where we look at every option possible to help beat the All Blacks.
If you want to find out more about Roar Live and catch all the highlights from last week’s pilot, head over to the home page.
