Arsenal will be looking to secure top spot in Group A when they host Paris Saint-Germain at the Emirates Stadium. Join The Roar from 6:45am (AEDT) for live scores and commentary.

After salvaging a one-all draw with Manchester United in their last fixture, Arsenal will be looking to put on a more impressive showing against Paris Saint-Germain.

The Gunners were dominated for the majority of the match and went down in the 68th minute, however, a last-minute goal via Olivier Giroud ensured that Arsenal got something out of a tough clash.

Arsene Wenger’s men were also shaky in their last Champions League clash, going down two goals to nill to Ludogorets in the first 15 minutes.

However, Granit Xhaka and Giroud brought the game back level before halftime, before Mesut Ozil ensured the Gunners all three points in the 87th minute.

Alexis Sanchez was in doubt for Arsenal against United, however, after proving himself fit and playing the full 90, Gunners fans can expect a showing from him against PSG.

Currently sitting in third position on the Ligue 1 table, Paris Saint Germain’s recent performances show that the side has been reinvigorated.

Coming off a 2-nil win over Nantes, PSG have extended their winning streak to four games, and only conceded once in their past five.

Angel di Maria and Jese found the net for PSG in the first and second half respectively to get the win.

A win for PSG would mean that they leap-frog Arsenal on top of the table, and could very well finish there given their results against FC Basel and Ludogorets.

The last time these two sides played was two months ago in September. Edinson Cavani put the French side ahead in the first minute before a second half effort by Sanchez brought Arsenal level. The game ended 1-1.

Prediction
PSG are in form and have phenomenal attacking power, however, Arsenal have more quality all over the pitch, but that is only if that Arsenal side decides to come out. We could have another draw on our hands.

Arsenal 1 – 1 Paris Saint-Germain
