This team consists of players that I predict to be the best performers in the upcoming Round.

B: David Astbury (Tigers), Daniel Talia (Crows), Jake Lloyd (Swans)
HB: Rory Laird (Crows), Robbie Tarrant (Kangaroos), Jayden Short (Tigers)
C: Shane Edwards (Tigers), Clayton Oliver (Demons), Jack Sinclair (Saints)
HF: Blake Acres (Saints), Kane Lambert (Tigers), Jack Billings (Saints)
FF: Jamie Cripps (Eagles), Jack Riewoldt (Tigers), Jade Gresham (Saints)
Foll: Todd Goldstein (Kangaroos), Jack Steven (Saints), Andrew Gaff (Eagles)
Int: Scott Lycett (Eagles), Tom Mitchell (Hawks), Jack Macrae (Bulldogs), Angus Brayshaw (Demons)

Backs
David Astbury was fantastic in Round 19 not just defensively, but because he managed to win plenty of the balls and was possibly the Tigers’ best player. I believe he will follow that display up with another quality performance in Round 20.

Daniel Talia will probably get the job of negating the Power’s tall forward, Charlie Dixon, which presents a matchup that Talia should get the points in.

Jake Lloyd has managed to play every game this year for the Swans. He has been one of his team’s most important players this season, which will be no different this weekend.

Rory Laird was one of the better players for the Crows last weekend and should back that up with another influential performance in Round 20.

An important part of the Kangaroos structure is Robbie Tarrant’s role as centre halfback. Jayden Short’s newly signed two-year contract is going to boost his performance against the Cats.

Midfielders
I expect to see Shane Edwards be an instrumental player for the Tigers against the Cats this round.

Clayton Oliver could possibly substantiate why he is possibly going to be a part of this year’s AFL All Australian team. Jack Sinclair is a key element of the Saints team, which should be no different this weekend.

Forwards
I think Blake Acres will have an impact on the game for the Saints this weekend. It should be tough for the Cats to curtail the Tigers’ key player, Kane Lambert.

I think Jack Billings may well go to another level in Round 20 after his respectable performance against the Giants last week.

Jamie Cripps was one of the better players for the Eagles in Round 19, Cripps should be an important part of the Eagles forward line in the Derby on Sunday.

One of the key parts of the Tigers lineup has to be Jack Riewoldt. In fact, he is the only tall forward for the Tigers at the moment and something that can be an integral element to the Tigers forward line in the upcoming round.

Jade Gresham played a solid game last Saturday with twenty-five disposals and two goals. Gresham should back up his performance on Saturday night.

Todd Goldstein was arguably the most effective ruckman in the competition in Round 19 and has the ability to follow that up in his duel with Stefan Martin of the Lions in Round 20.

Ben Cunnington is a talented midfielder, who could well be one of the best in the competition and has the opportunity to show why against the Lions this Saturday. Andrew Gaff continues to prove why he is one of the favourites for the Brownlow Medal.

Interchange
There is a chance for Scott Lycett to show his worth to the Eagles team in the derby, with the Dockers ruck stocks depleted.

Tom Mitchell and Jack Macrae were outstanding for their respective teams in round 19 and should follow that up in this week’s games.

Angus Brayshaw could form an important part of the Demons team against a Suns team that failed to beat the Blues.
