Usain Bolt will get his chance to impress Central Coast Mariners battle the Central Coast Select in a trial match. This is The Roar’s guide on all the information you need to know for the game, including the start time and streaming information.

The match is scheduled to start at 7:30pm (AEST) on Friday, August 31 at Central Coast Stadium.

Some of the best local talent from the Central Coast area will take part in Friday night’s game, but it is Bolt’s potential debut that has everyone talking.

After the Mariners’ one-all draw with the Newcastle Jets last week, head coach Mike Mulvey noted that Bolt was a strong chance of making his debut this week.

Bolt has signed on for a training period with the Mariners and will need to prove himself in the trials if he is any chance of securing a spot in the side when the regular season comes around.

A bumper crowd is expected in what is the Mariners’ only scheduled friendly left before their opening round clash with the Brisbane Roar in the A-League.

How to watch the game on TV

Fox Sports channel 505 is the only place to catch all the action from Friday night’s trial, with coverage scheduled to begin at 7:30pm (AEST).

This means you’ll be able to watch the match on TV so long as you have a valid Foxtel TV subscription.

There will be a pre-game discussion, which is set to start at 7pm. The broadcast is advertised to wrap up at approximately 9:30pm.

How to live stream the game online

If you can’t catch the game on the television or would prefer to watch it online, there are two ways you can do so.

If you have access to a Foxtel TV subscription, you can stream coverage of the match through the Foxtel App. This app is free to download and can be used if you have a valid login and email.

If you are not a Foxtel subscriber, you can still tune into the match online. You will just need to use Foxtel Now instead.

It is a streaming-only option, with several subscription packages available to be purchased. You will need to have the sports package included to view the game.
