AFLX has returned for another year, with four teams set to compete in a round-robin. It’s scheduled to get underway on Friday, February 22 at 7:10pm (AEDT), with the first match to commence at 7:10pm (AEDT).

Unlike last year’s club fixtures, this year will see four teams guided by different captains take on the competition, playing three matches each, before the top two play a grand final.

The teams are known as Bolts, Rampage, Deadly and Flyers, with the captains Patrick Dangerfield, Jack Riewoldt, Eddie Betts and Nat Fyfe respectively.

Games are played in two, ten-minute halves, meaning it should be all done and dusted by 10:30pm (AEDT), with the grand final to start at 9:57pm (AEDT). Matches are scheduled to start every 27 minutes during the round robin section of the tournament.
