The Australian Boomers will play their final second-round game at the Basketball World Cup, with it likely to be must-win against France. This is The Roar’s guide to live streaming the match online, or watching it on TV.
Tip-off is scheduled for 10pm AEST on Monday, September 9 at the Gymnasium of Youth Olympic Games Sports Park in Nanjing, China.
The Basketball World Cup is broadcast around Australia on Fox Sports, who are the exclusive rights holders to the tournament.
Their coverage of the match will commence ten minutes before the scheduled tip-off time.
The Fox Sports coverage will be available on Channel 507, also known as Fox Sports More, and you will need to have a valid Foxtel TV subscription, complete with the sports package.
If you would prefer to live stream the match online, you’ll be able to do so in a couple of different ways to pick up the Foxtel coverage.
The best of these is to tune in through Kayo Sports, who have all of Foxtel’s sports channels, as well as other selected events from Australia and around the world, both live and on demand from $25 per month.
While Fox Sports on TV only have a limited selection of games, Kayo gives the capacity to stream every game of the tournament.
The Foxtel App is the better option if you already have a TV account with valid login details, while Foxtel Now is the way to go if you only want to stream the action.
Be sure to join The Roar from 15 minutes before the tip-off, as we will also cover the match with a live blog, scores and highlights.
