One of the most hotly-contested fights this year in Australia has nearly arrived, with Paul Gallen and Barry Hall set to do battle in a bout being dubbed the “battle of the codes.”
Set to be held at the Margaret Court Arena in Melbourne, it’s scheduled to get underway at around 9pm (AEDT) on Friday, November 15.
While the start time given is a fair guess, that’s all it is as it will be dictated by the length of prior fights, how long Main Event need in the lead-up to the bout getting underway, and the gap between other fights earlier on the card.
Gallen and Hall isn’t the main event on the card, but should be the second last fight of the evening in what will be an exciting night for boxing fans in Australia.
Hall and Gallen both had decorated careers in their respective sports. While Gallen has a successful history in professional boxing, this will be Hall’s first fight, and will be run over two-minute rounds.
