Goalkeeper
Paul Izzo (Goalkeeper- Adelaide United)- Izzo made some pivotal saves, which helped his team claim all three points.
Defenders
Ryan Strain (Right Back- Adelaide United)- Strain played an important part in many of Adelaide United’s attack.
Jordan Elsey (Centre Back- Adelaide United)- Elsey was a big part of Adelaide United getting a victory over Melbourne Victory, thwarting some of their attacks.
Harrison Delbridge (Centre Back- Melbourne City)- Delbridge proved to be a pivotal part of Melbourne City keeping a clean sheet against the Newcastle Jets.
Daniel Georgievski (Left Back- Western Sydney Wanderers)- Georgievski never stopped trying, putting in a quality display.
Midfielders
Cameron Devlin (Centre Midfield- Wellington Phoenix)- Cameron Devlin played well throughout the game, which showed why he is such a highly thought-of player.

Alessandro Diamanti (Centre Midfield- Western United)- Diamanti showed why he is regarded so highly by many experts.
Riley McGree (Centre Midfield- Adelaide United)- The only thing missing from McGree’s game was a goal. McGree was a pivotal part of Adelaide United as they claimed all three points.
Strikers
Ben Halloran (Striker- Adelaide United)- Halloran played a brilliant game, he was involved from an attacking perspective scoring the only goal of the game and tracked back to thwart some of Melbourne Victory’s attacks.
Besart Berisha (Striker- Western United)- Berisha scored a brace in the opening 21 minutes of the game.
Max Burgess (Striker- Western United)- Burgess was involved in the majority of Western United’s attacking forays.
