Beauden Barrett sets club fitness record in first training session back
Beauden Barrett has been keeping in great shape during isolation it seems after setting a cracking pace in the Blues fitness Test.
The ‘Bronco’ fitness test is a popular one for rugby teams and involves sprints of 20 metres, 40 metres and 60 metres up and back 5 times. It’s a total of 1200 metres for those playing at home.
Barrett completed the test in 4 minutes and 12 seconds which equates to an average pace of 17km/h.
