Both the Western Bulldogs and North Melbourne Kangaroos have a chance to start their 2020 preparations proper when they meet in the Marsh Community Series tonight. Join The Roar for live scores from 7:10pm (AEDT).
The Bulldogs were one of the more surprising performers in 2019, making the finals before being demolished by eventual runners-up GWS. The Kangaroos, on the other hand, started the season dismally before becoming more of a force under new coach Rhyce Shaw following his mid-year appointment.
Both sides have named strong lineups for today’s pre-season meeting, with the likes of Marcus Bontempelli, Jack Macrae and Ben Cunnington named. It’s also a big night for Majak Daw, who will make his comeback to top-level footy after a long layoff. He’ll start at fullback for the Kangaroos.
