Tom Brady goes from weekend hacker to Tour pro while Tiger Woods watches on
NFL star Tom Brady might not be the greatest golfer but he proved just how much he’s up for a challenge in a charity golf match with Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson and fellow American footballer Payton Manning.
Brady hardly hit one straight for the first six holes of the event and after copping some sledging from former NBA player Charles Barkley, Brady stepped up the plate to silence his golfing critics.
Brady nailed his third shot on the par 5 7th from about 120 metres. The timing was incredible after Barkley had just offered Brady a higher handicap out of pity after what he’d seen.
