Yeah I really would have marsh in over bailey right now. He looked in superb touch last night in the big bash.

Bailey really is out of form. The problem is he is the backup captain which means he is unlikely to get dropped for either Marsh or White especially considering that if either came into the squad It would be for Clarke therefore Bailey would be captain.

Two changes to last nights winning XI for me. Mitch Marsh and Clarke (or Shaun Marsh if Clarke is ruled out) come in and Maxwell and Bailey go out.
On the subject of spinners I think we need one as well but unfortunately we do not have a good enough one in the squad. Doherty and Maxwell are second rate at best.

Yeah agree. The umps will review every close decision not just a couple an innings. You could lose 5 to 10 overs a day if every single close lbw shout and catch behind is reviewed considering some take a few minutes to be reviewed.
I like the current system, two reviews means players have to think before they review. If its obviously out, off you go. Its not perfect but DRS is the best we have. India need to suck it up and fall in line or not play international cricket. Simple as that.

I would go the second option. Marsh and Doherty. Mainly because I would rather see Marsh coming in at 4/60 than Maxwell. Marsh also wouldve kept his head more than Maxwell.
I want to try fit both in but involves dropping Finch or Watson and atm cant do that. Doherty did his job in the middle overs well against England. Marsh probably a better bat and bowler than Maxwell.

Bailey has to go! It severly weakens Aus lineup to have Bailey 5 and Maxwell 6 when guys like White, Voges, S Marsh and M Marsh are all available.

Agree. Replace Bailey in the xi with Shaun Marsh. He is the superior player to Bailey. Give Smith captaincy and we will do better.
