To be fair with you CSL is getting the broadcasting rights from India and SE Asia so as to telecast their games in those countries.

I will go with Maddinson at five to give the left-right combo in the middle order like the Proteas.
Renshaw is perhaps the opener that might fight for the opener’s slot against Marsh.
