Hog, the one thing that keeps SA in super rugby is the Allblacks, Its really the only bargaining chip NZRU has. But its one big chip.

Cheika unfazed by overseas exodus

Usacenter- How much do the Allblacks get when they play England in England inside the IRB test window?.
I think the Allblacks have more to complain about than any other nation when it comes to playing away from home inside the IRB test windows, Nearly all the record crowds set in Europe or the rest of the world for that matter for rugby internationals involve the Allblacks.

Tier 1 nations continue their Pacific neglect

Think I have heard this before. It was around the same time last year when Link stood down a few players for going out for a drink and this was how he was going to build a strong culture. Owell that truned out great

Cheika sends the Wallabies a warning with Beale call

If KB is found guilty, I believe he should be sacked from the wallabies and band from playing for the Wallabies till 2017 then be on a good behavior bond for two years after that. But if he stays in Australia and plays super rugby without his ARU top up, instead of leaving to play NRL or going overseas he will have the 2016 part of ban suspended for 2 years and be able to play for the Wallabies in 2016.

Beale to know future on Friday

Why is every game meaningless Steve? I find it hard to understand how people think this comp is meaingless

NRC 'own try' the worst refereeing blunder of all time?

Shows that the shute shield is not as good as some people in NSW think it is, the rising is 70% super rugby players (not big name stars, but journeyman and rookies) and 30% Vic club player’s. If the shute shield was really the the true third teir of rugby a full strength team like Sydney Stars (Uni) should be winning this comp. Just shows that with a ture pathway like the NRC players from Vic and WA can take the next step to becoming Wallabies

Melbourne secure NRC semis berth

why not bring in Stephen Larkham as head coach and Have Deans as Director of rugby, deans can do a lot of one on one with players and behind the scenes work and Larkham can be the face of the wallabies, Man and game day management. while they work together on game plans

Give Deans a one-year contract for the World Cup

i believe in 2013 the biggest problem in Australian rugby was Link undermining deans where ever he could, this would never happen in NZ.

Give Deans a one-year contract for the World Cup

Deans let go at wallabies
Link let go at NSW and in France
yes Link is twice the coach he has been sacked by twice as many teams as Deans lol

Give Deans a one-year contract for the World Cup

I stand corrected, miss read the dates. But still my piont is anyone can twist anything to make anything look bad you could have all the deaths occur between 1970 to 1990 (which was when I was playing at high school 80s and it was very dangerous then, I still have scares on my back to prove it) and no deaths to 2005. Maybe you were just highlighting something you have read and it is sad reading. But being heavily involved in Rugby Union in Victoria and Green Bay Packers Fan I get my back up pretty quickly it gets a tiresome listing to people tell you how dangerous your sports are and how safe soccer is.

Three dead in a week: The tragedy continues in American high school football

these facts are on findings that are almost over twenty years old for NZ 1970-1996. Im sure I could cherry pick different facts from certain years to prove that it is more dangerous to go watch a soccer match in Europe than it is to play rugby in NZ in 2014. what was the rate in 2013 for NZ rugby?

Three dead in a week: The tragedy continues in American high school football

So is this the new Australian mentality if you win its because you are the the greatest team on earth but if you lose its everyone’s else fault?

Argentina score historic win over Wallabies

From u7s to u18s kids play under different rules and transition though the grades with ease so to say players cant go from the NRC to super rugby with a hole pre season under there belt is just ridiculous. And to run around saying that the sky is falling with out even watching a game is not an opinion its TROLLING.
Do I think the rule changes are nessary, no, but ive been to three game now and watch a couple on TV and think the quality of rugby is very high.
What has become clear to me is that the sydney comp was not that far a head of the rest of the contry that some people would like to belive and the NRC is a real step up.
Maybe this is the problem that some people actually have

The NRC wrap Round 5: Set piece rules, OK

think the best thing for rugby is to have a maximum 12 weeks of super rugby,to be finished before the June tests. then the NPC Currie cup and NRC can be played from June to October

What's special about Australian rugby?

how many games have you actual watched? because I would love to know how this comp is eroding there skills? its the revers in my opinion. now you have the best 200 odd players playing against each other, this will only help especially in the forwards

What's special about Australian rugby?

the Aussies only won because of a yellow card that should not have been, end of story.

Kurtley Beale the difference as McKenzie finally gets his selections right

Think the biggest problem with the boks is if someone makes a break there is no one backing up, itslike they are always waiting for the kick. Think thats the difference between them and the ABs at the mo
