Yes I acknowledged that NSW produce a significant amount of the talent and that they can’t keep them all. For arguments sake let’s say NSW can keep 5 players per year graduating out of school. I would argue that they aren’t selecting the right 5 each season and this is in part due to the systems in place with talent identification in NSW.

Apologies if I didn’t make it clear that I acknowledge NSW produce majority of the talent. However for arguments sake say NSW can retain 5 players a year graduating out of school. I am simply stating I feel they are getting this wrong.
