Yes the decision on Shaw was harsh and did influence the game but the mistakes ultimately killed us.
The Canes definitely sharpen and go on with it after that and to be honest should beat the Tahs. However, I think their first 40 shows that they won’t threaten the Stormers or Bulls.
As for Shaw, he did pretty well before the send-off and I think you’ll see him feature plenty over the next few years. Oz rugby needs a few more aggro types (controlled aggro that is).
