Dynamics is the culture of the club. But more specifically how people interact and what the norms are in how as a group they work together. An example would be, does Darren Coleman have the relationship with his boss to book in a meeting, sit down, ignore the pleasantries, be heard, and cause change.
I wanted to add the crusaders and Melbourne storm are interesting studies in this space. Is the culture at those clubs strong, are the dynamics right, or is everything hinging on who the head coach is? I’d guess the crusaders have the culture right. They went with a failed coach from the Waratahs, they went with someone they fits their club and works in their dynamics. When Bellamy goes I’ll be fascinated to see what happens.

Brumbies make it 12 straight against Tahs as Bell hobbles off in worrying sign for Wallabies

But why is his potential being rewarded? Wright is on money nowhere near his new deal.

Jorgensen needs to earn his money. One of the reasons the Tahs are how they are.

See my comment about dynamics. Your questioning of Christy is exactly what the players think. They think they are not important, it’s all about Bell, Mary Mark, and Jorgo.

This type of reporting comes from somewhere.

If you continually get some of the best talent, have the most money but can’t win, the problems are not in the mechanics of the program, but the dynamics.

Sapsford is eligible. Played Australia A last year and was reported be wants to play for the wallabies.

He really is the dependable 23 the wallabies could use. Plays 12, 13, 11/14, not sure of 15.

I’ve tried to reply a few times, but stopped because I couldn’t get the right message out.

If this comes as harsh my apologies. Why is he learning on the job in a professional environment? This is the exact problem with the Waratahs, and Australian rugby. He might be a great winger next season, but I’m positive there is a winger or fullback that will get the job done better today. Picking on potential not current ability is why good players leave, they are overlooked for someone that might be good. Teams should always select the best players they have, not the player that might be great in 2 seasons time. That’s what club, runners/a teams, and the bench is for.

'What the hell's going on': Ex-Wallabies question 'losing' culture, pathways at Waratahs

Poor play. Didn’t come away from the sideline at all, or try to position his support players, or stand up Gordon with a change of pace. Just kept running. Who does he think he is? Corey Toole?

Not to have a go at Tom Ross. But he was 4th pick at the Brumbies and I believe he started last weekend for the Waratahs? While the Brumbies unearthed 2 wallaby props last year, they have 4 current wallaby props on their books.

McDermott made contact, left his feet and wrapped his legs. Wasn’t a low tackle, and it wasn’t a trip or hip drop. A great photo in this article. https://www.benallaensign.com.au/aap-other-sport/hip-drop-under-rugby-microscope-after-lonergan-injury/
To me the laws of rugby are you are out of the game if you are off your feet. Jumping into a tackle like that is off his feet. And it looks like a deliberate effort. No injury penalty only. Player leaves the field, you leave the field.

There are only two ways rugby can go from here - and there's no middle ground between physicality and safety

Until the roster changes the results will be the same. The same players will always play the same way.

I’d start with new 2s, 8s, 9s, 10s, 15s. The players that control and impact the game. My captain would be someone that comes from the outside. Maybe a kiwi or South African. An older player that will only be around for a few seasons and will then retire.

Five things we learnt: Why Cheika could be the man to resurrect Tahs, Thor is the new Quade, value of sevens

Yes they have worked out McReight. Run at him with a big body and he’s out of the contest for 2 or 3 phases.

'It was brutal': Clutch Lolesio kicks Brumbies to 'Test match intensity' win over Reds as Wright shines again

Are you related to Jim Humphreys? He’s posting the same crap on the rugby Australia Facebook page. It’s weird. He uses a photo of ewan mckenzie as his profile picture. Didn’t he play for and coach the Brumbies?

Who’s doing the tough carries in that back row? Who is the on ball presence? The reds backrow went missing when it mattered. Brown and Valetini rolled their sleeves up and got stuck in. With Reimer causing havoc when he came on.

Who won the backrow contest? I had it a convincing win for the Brumbies.

Having a poor pass when you start out in professional rugby is one thing, not improving after 4 years is different.

He has improved but not enough yet.

ANALYSIS: 'Efficiency and ruthlessness' - Race to the 22m to determine Australia's Super Rugby front-runners

I think the missed tackles by themselves are misleading. If they are missing tackles when rushing up, are they conceding line breaks as a result? Or are they missed tackles but forcing an attacking player in a direction that they want defensively?

Just like 3 good games doesn’t erase 3 poor seasons.

I don’t think you are wrong with anything you have said, but beating a poor Waratahs side, a poor Rebels side, and a good chiefs side doesn’t suddenly make you a good team. They might beat the Brumbies at home next week and win the comp. They could also lose, and not win another game this season.

Reds' 'unbelievable, unfathomable' double disaster sums up shocker as Force spring stunning upset

The problem with getting all excited with the reds early season form is they haven’t changed much. A new coaching staff, so a new game plan, but still the same players. The deficiencies they had as a team are still there, the change in game plan might catch a few teams off guard to start the season but they will figure them out.

Reds' 'unbelievable, unfathomable' double disaster sums up shocker as Force spring stunning upset

I’m wondering why this headline is so negative about the force. If all you see as a casual fan or someone that doesn’t follow the code at all are you going to be interested in the article or game itself based on the headline? In reality the headline says the reds stuffed up and let the force win. Were the reds leading for the majority of the game, and then gave it away in the final 10 minutes?

The game summary says different. The force smashed the reds and let the reds back into the game in the final 15 minutes to make it look far closer than it really was.

If Rugby Union is to take anything from RL we need to learn to be our own cheerleader’s. We need to sell the game, pump the positives, ignore the negatives (while working on them). “Force upset reds with first half blitz”.

Great reading skills. Where did I actually say to select Lonergan? Where did I push his case?

Wallabies Power Rankings: How every Test contender is shaping up one month into Super Rugby

When you have a team with no one else that kicks goals it becomes important.

So you select White and Lonergan as your 9s to kick goals. And Donaldson or someone else at 14 or 11 that also kicks goals for back up when needed.

Or you go with Lolesio to start at 10 with White or Lonergan on the bench with another 10. Only really compromising on one position at a time.

Maybe Gordon is the issue. If he is the odd one out it looks like he is not playing by the script.

'Talent can be fickle': Schmidt avoids rushing to conclusions as JOC calls for 'Reds-heavy' Wallabies

Isn’t that why the Brumbies have opposed centralisation? They hand the keys over to RA surely it is easier for them to make changes that impact on the Brumbies and make it easier to move them.

I’m wondering how Young was sent to the bin. How is what happened even a penalty?
