I love cycling and everything about it. Doesn't everything in life revolve around the bike?

Another great recap of the Tour de France stages. I think you’ve captured all the important moments and given nice perspective on how it all played out.

Tour de France Diary, Stage 17: Evans' stomach illness - Valverde takes stage

I can still remember the final TT last year when Cadel blasted past Schleck and I also was like you and threw my fist up in victory. This is a fantastic recap of TT moments…thanks for putting it together, Sean.

Tour de France: Time trial to glory

Yes, it’s great to see Cadel continuing to push through and go out like a champion….no matter what happens.

Tour de France Diary, Stage 13: Greipel wins on Bastille Day

Once again, I love reading all the tweets in one place. I haven’t been able to follow these directly on Twitter so having you collect the good ones, sure is very appreciated.

Tour de France Twitter wrap: Stage 12

It’s great to get this perspective on the happenings at the Tour de France. Robbie is an incredible rider and I found his comments quite interesting.

Robbie Hunter: Tour de France Stage 10 belongs to “Hollywood" Voeckler

It’s definitely looking good for Wiggins right now, but like you said….anything can happen. Should the final stages go according to what people expect, then it will be all his come Paris.

More surprises still in store for Tour

These Twitter posts don’t seem to be getting much for comments, but I wanted to mention that they are very appreciated. It’s great to be able to catch all that’s going on with the riders on Twitter all in one place.

Tour de France Twitter Wrap: Stage 8

Ouch is right. About the only way I can see Cadel gaining back enough time to get through the TT and final stage in yellow is to pull off some super human climbs through the mountains.

Cadel Evans, down but not out

So what do you think, Kit….what’s going through Cadel’s mind right now? What strategy do you think BMC has to take a stab at the yellow jersey? There has got to be a plan of attack, but I just can’t seem to figure it out myself.

Tour de France Diary, Stage Ten: Voeckler victorious from breakaway

It’s very unfortunate that this topic has to be such a big part of the sport. It’s also unfortunate that officials feel that the best time to focus on this and beef up the allegations is during the TdF.

What's better than one doping headline on a TdF rest day?

I think you’re quite accurate on your thoughts and opinion. I would love for Cadel to repeat, but just not sure he can make up that much time through the mountain stages. But this is the Tour, and anything can happen.

It's true, Wiggins is in the saddle for Tour glory

One thing for sure is that Cadel’s legs are going to have be working overtime in the mountains if he want’s to gain time, and will have to work even harder to gain extra time for a cushion before the next TT.

Cadel Evans, down but not out

Yes, Froome definitely made a name for himself during that stage. Team Sky sure has a strong team.

Cadel Has Spoken - Moves into Second

After yesterday’s TT it’s looking a little difficult now. Not sure that Cadel can make up the time in the mountains.

Cadel Has Spoken - Moves into Second

You got that right, it felt today like the Tour took a deep breath and started to really kick things up. Sorry that Ryder is out…prior to the Tour I really thought he had a shot at being a contender.

Tour de France Diary, Stage Seven: Evans second as Froome claims unlikely victory

Thanks Stevie. That is definitely a difference between this year and last…..Cadel had a much easier time with the TT than I think he’ll have this year. Yes, it would be a good idea for Evans to take the yellow outside of the TT just to make sure.

Cadel Has Spoken - Moves into Second

Excellent post and analysis of what happened during stage 7. I especially liked the last part where you picked out the best, worst, and strange.

Team Sky plants Stage 7 bomb, peloton explodes

Yes, what a turn around from the Giro. It goes to show that there are a lot of factors that go into running a successful team, and all the things that go into making it crumble.

Garmin-Sharp’s Tour in tatters

I’m not sure if it’s expected, but I think there are a lot of high hopes for the Australians not only in taking the Yellow jersey but also to do well in the sprints. Yes, early days….more goodness to come.

Aussie sprinters, not cutting it?

I’m enjoying the daily diaries and your perspective as each day unfolds. It’s been a pretty uneventful week…especially for Cadel, but he might just have wanted it that way. Let’s see what the stages ahead have to bring.

Tour de France Diary, Stage Six: Sagan takes win number three

I think is this wasn’t an Olympic year, everything would be playing out much differently. Cav is definitely not completely on his game and because of this, people like Goss have the open door to take the Green. It’s the perfect opportunity for him but he has not delivered on this as well as he could. There is still time, so we’ll have to wait and see.

Aussie sprinters, not cutting it?

One of the differences between this Tour and last year is we’re expecting so much more from Cadel this time around. Last year he could sit quietly without thousands of posts and comments about it….this year everyone is wondering when he will do something. I think you’re absolutely correct in saying that he should spark things up come this Sunday.

The battle for Yellow begins

Things are going to get interesting this weekend.

Wiggins will be severely tested in hills

Nice work. It’s so nice to view a collection of all the tweets here in one spot and having a few laughs along the way. Keep the twitter recaps coming.

Tour de France Twitter wrap: stage four

So what do you think, Kit…..any predictions for the coming days?
