If not, well 2 wins this season still doesn’t make up for last years GF loss and your team certainly isn’t guaranteed to even make it this year either, lol.

Good list, and would probably perform better too. Never understood why Caddy is out of the side, he is a good player, unlucky to keep been overlooked at the selection table. Castagna definitely should be dropped, no doubt there. Would love to see MR jnr get a call up, he must be getting pretty close. Hope Hardwick swings the axe this week! There should be at least 3-4 changes IMO.

Yep for sure, hard to argue against that! Wouldn’t be too fussed with losing to any team in the normal season if we were to return serve in a finals match against that same team and win.

Agree with the Lions. Possibly the greatest ever period of dominance in VFL/AFL ever followed very closely by Melbourne in the 50s and then the Hawks mid last decade for me. Hard to see the Lions dynasty ever been surpassed though in my opinion.

Unfortunately, I don’t think the tigers have any realistic chance of making the top 4, simple as that. Best case scenario would be a 5th or 6th finish and a home EF. Focus needs to be on just playing finals, as based on current form we don’t make the cut in my opinion Not going to dwell on injuries either to some key players, as that factor alone shouldn’t be a reason for a slump in overall intensity and a desire and hunger to win. As most people would agree, good teams find a way to win, it’s as simple as that. Our best is certainly good enough no doubt, but fair to point out, that we have only witnessed glimpses of that form, from time to time, but more alarmingly, are the fade outs in 2nd half’s and drops in our overall intensity that have cost us at least 2 games I can think of, PA and WCE. Hopefully we click into gear after the bye, otherwise it could be a long and disappointing off season, where questions will certainly be asked!
